New Class : Take Control of Your Thoughts Oct 1st

I am excited to offer another Transform Your Life class! On October 6th at 8PM Central I will be giving a class on how to “Take Control of Your Thoughts”. Why? Because what you think most often is what creates your life experience. Because most people think the same thoughts over and over. More than 80% of our thoughts are repetitive, however not necessarily  good. Most people think about what they don’t want and what they don’t have, not what they DO want.

The mind works in amazing ways and is designed as a multi level mechanism (conscious, sub conscious etc) and each level has a job. We get int he way of the immense POWER our mind has by not understanding how it works and working with it. We block the ability to flow and have things manifest with ease, feel confident and let our mind take over and express freely and effectively. We have more help than we can imagine, if we only knew how it worked and followed some simple steps!
