We have the ability to choose our thoughts, however most people simply go through life without being present or aware. Wondering why they don’t get what they want or can’t achieve sustainable success. Granted, few of us are taught how powerful our thoughts are, or how to be the master of our minds. The reality is, if we give priority to knowing what we are thinking and begin to consciously choose what we want to think, we can create massive, positive change in our lives!

Our mind is a tool, and amazing, programmable one that supports us. What we ‘feed’ it, what we ask it for, how we ask and how consistently we communicate determines our experience of life each day.  Imagine being able to think what you WANT, not what feels like is controlling you. This is easier than you think.

We have to change what we believe in order to change what kind of life mood, wealth, love… we get to have in our lives. This is “only a thought, and a thought can be changed” Louise Hay says. You had to choose the thoughts you have now.  You weren’t born with them downloaded into you. You chose them and now you can change what you choose. Change what you think of most often, and then change what you think it means. These are the power places.

You can literally decide to think anything you want, and you can choose what it means… to you, about you and about the world. I personally like to think the most loving, inspiring, uplifting, empowering and strengthening thoughts. I have created a habit of thinking the best, of myself, of others, of the situation. I intentionally align myself with the best. Habits are easy to create, you simply repeat behavior, thoughts over each day for 30 -60 days and you have created a new neural pathway in your brain! Support what you want by making it a priority, interrupting negative and unsupported thoughts and deciding to believe whatever gives you the most energy, love, happiness, confidence and passion.

You will begin to be aware of things that will make you feel more like this and you will attract resources, opportunities etc that will create that image as your reality. Let your mind do it’s work and solve the problem for you….you provide the end result, let your mind do the rest and follow the guidance!
