Fear Bustin’!

Tired of feeling afraid? Feel fear when you think of money, success, or being yourself? You are not alone… but you may feel you are!

Fear s natural in many instances, and has it’s advantages like saving us from being run over. However, most of our fear is based on false beliefs, false ideas, false perceptions and incorrect information. It is also based on our past, not the future we can create within us. It is a strong reflection of how you feel about yourself as well.

I am having two free events this week (see above Radio and Global Healing) where we will address fear. If you want to powerfully remove fear from your body, mind and energy field, join me, and then think about joining the next ‘Transform Your Life” class on March 18th “Transform your Fear Now”.

Spring is so wonderful because we have the ability to fell renewed, be re born, it activates something within us feeling all life come alive again! I think it is time for us to do the same! We can design our life and choose this month to be the one we come alive again and see our dreams comes alive! What keeps us from renewing ourselves? FEAR! What keeps us from believing we can accomplish a new and exciting project or goal? FEAR! What keeps us form knowing we are Divine, supported and can succeed at anything? FEAR!

Fear needs to be assessed. As it comes up we need to  isolate it, and talk to it, before it reaches the point where it consumes us, brings up emotions and irrational reactions. Then we can pinpoint:

• Why am I feeling this Fear?
• Where is it coming from?
• Where do I feel it in my body?
• What triggered it?
• What do I prefer to feel?

Usually we discover that the Fear is based on past experiences or unconscious beliefs installed when you were  a child. It is not rational and often makes no sense either. Logic can help reduce some fears. Simple logic about how it is highly unlikely that the feared outcome or reaction will ever even happen. In fact some ridiculously high percentage of the time, our fears NEVER materialize!

Sometimes feeling the fear and boldly doing it anyway is incredibly powerful and beneficial. Only you know that. However, developing the courage and skill to do this is seriously transformative. Once you decide that you are going to commit to your success, to getting a better job, relationship or attract more clients… whatever you want to create or attract, you harness the power, knowledge and support to make it real for you! Your commitment and your internal passion that you are going to have, do or BE what you truly want, is all you need to clear the fear and move forward.

Fear and most all of our beliefs were formed when we were under 8 years old. If we think of how fear felt as a kid, it either

• Fear did not exist
• Fear did not stop us
• Fear overwhelmed us from lack of understanding

A child is in the moment, another way to way lay fear, and more focused on what they want, then on what could happen or might happen.  A child feels worthy and trusts that he can have what he wants. A child sees the end result they want, not the blocks in the way. What if we began to do the same? Fear would shrivel and we can then take our adult experience and keep ourselves safe while moving forward powerfully toward our goals!

Later this week I will share my experience in a healing last week where I finally unlocked the cupboard that I locked my true inner self in when I was 3… just like the picture, and I let myself out! Whew, powerful!

Fear is going to be a part of life. I have yet to find anyone who does not experience some of it. So it comes down to how are you going to handle it. A new perspective gives you a whole new way of seeing, feeling and handling fear. That is freedom. That is a lease on life that can transform how you experience life! Ready? Let’s bust the fear, empower ourselves to feel confident, worthy and competent. Tune in to the reason you are here, your passion and your Divine nature, and fear fades!

We have the ability to choose our thoughts, however most people simply go through life without being present or aware. Wondering why they don’t get what they want or can’t achieve sustainable success. Granted, few of us are taught how powerful our thoughts are, or how to be the master of our minds. The reality is, if we give priority to knowing what we are thinking and begin to consciously choose what we want to think, we can create massive, positive change in our lives!

Our mind is a tool, and amazing, programmable one that supports us. What we ‘feed’ it, what we ask it for, how we ask and how consistently we communicate determines our experience of life each day.  Imagine being able to think what you WANT, not what feels like is controlling you. This is easier than you think.

You will begin to be aware of things that will make you feel more like this and you will attract resources, opportunities etc that will create that image as your reality. Let your mind do it’s work and solve the problem for you….you provide the end result, let your mind do the rest and follow the guidance!
