I hope everyone enjoyed the long weekend! I had a blast with my girls and their friends, we cooked a lot, swam, played Pictionary…laughed, watched movies…fun! Life is fun, and it is meant to be enjoyed. I wanted to share my interview with you, with LOA Love Coach Catherine Behan. It is about love, and how I met my soulmate, Chris. Law of attraction and love

Law of attraction and love. Great  topics, huh? Even better combined! I am excited to bring you 2 calls this week that will give you amazing insight into law of attraction and love.  LOA coach Catherine Behan is going to talk to us about finding a soulmate. Using law of attraction to attract love… wondrous! I am going to teach a class “law of Attraction Lies and Truths” and how to really manifest while co creating with law of attraction. Romantic Love, self love, unconditional love, tough love, love of serving, love of receiving, love of your body, love of your mind, love of wealth, love of peace, love of joy, love of health, love of your talents, love of to hers talents, love is everywhere.

I saw this wonderful short film once from Spiritual Cinema. It was about law of attraction and finding love. A man and a woman, who did not know each other, were both looking for love. They were both reading books and practicing affirmations and watching movies like the Secret’. They were very passionate about finding romantic love, and we focused constantly on thinking things like : I attract a fun, loving partner now”, ‘I Am lovable and the right partner appears for me now”. The more intent they became about asking over and over, wanting the law of attraction to work for them, they less they noticed what was going on around them.

They went through a series of mishaps, separately until they meet at the end and fall in love. Then they flash back and they show you how many times they actually ran into each other and how they could have met much earlier. They had literally been running into each other over and over. However, because they were so intent on their thoughts and their affirmations, they were in completely inwardly focused.  Absorbed by their thoughts, they were out of touch with the present moment. They did not see what was around them. They did not connect with or fully experience the Now moment. In their own world they were visualizing the perfect partner with tons of passion. Yet they did not look for it now they had asked.

Law of attraction is based on magnetic fields; like attract like. So they did meet, they did attract each other, and at record speed in fact. Thankfully the Universe kept giving them more chances to meet, each time they missed an opportunity. You never know what is waiting for you… everything is opportunity! LOA worked, and they got it in the end… they could have gotten what they wanted much faster though! But because they did not notice the first, second, third, even fourth time they ran into each other! They did not see what law of attraction had brought them! It was sweet and funny and such a great reminder.

This is just one of the key components to understanding law of attraction and how to co create with it. Once you have decided what you want, and focused on it, seen it in your minds eye…. you must begin to look around for it with great expectation. It is a dance between inward focus and outward focus. They cycle, see and visualize what you want, then trust it is heard and begin to ‘hunt’ for it. I call it your treasure map, your manifestation map. You ask, and then shift to expectation and begin to look for it to come to you from anywhere.

Blessed…

I am so incredibly blessed… I love my life and the people in it!

I invite you to tune and feel how blessed you are as well. Does it mean everything in my life is exactly the way I would like it to be? No. Does it mean I have no worries, no fears, concerns, hurts? No. I know you are the same way. We are all living life. Living in a world of constant change and recent upheaval. A world full of fear and people who have no control over their emotions of minds and run rampart filling others with fear as well. Looking around, most people would most likely think “the world is crazy, and full of pain and sadness and loss”. Is this what you see? Is this what you focus on each day, the news, the ‘what if’s’, the ‘why me’s’?

Yes, those things exist…. and beauty exists too, abundantly. All around you and me is the most amazing field of abundance and well being. No, they do not talk about it on the news, They do not share all the kind, considerate, giving and loving things people do every day all around the world. They do not think that is worthy of discussing, they do nto think it will interest you. Selling fear is easy, scare everyone, sit around and talk about lots of horrible things that will never happen and stress everyone to the max and then your ratings will be the best! Lie, accuse good people of bad deeds and intentions and tell you how you are being screwed by them, this and that.

I choose to see and live in the reality that is so prevalent around us that we often ignore it. We take it for granted we have all the air we need, and usually all the water and food. We expect the earth to be here to support us each day and rarely give it another thought. I, however, feel blessed. I love feeling blessed. I much prefer it to sadness, anger, hate and powerlessness. I know I get to choose what I think about. I get to choose how I feel, what meaning I give everything and how I respond to what happens around me. I think this is amazing, fantastic and such a blessing!

See if I had no choice in what I listened to and watched. If i had no say in who I spent time with or what I do each day. If I was not allowed to decide how I wanted to respond to the events in my life, then I would understand being sad, depressed, scared or anxious. BUT (giant ‘but’) I DO have the free will and the ability to choose!!!! Isn’t that reason enough to feel blessed? I think so!! Thank goodness I can decide not to watch the news, obsess over ever little ‘what if’ and I can choose my mood! I honor and am so grateful for this moist powerful of all abilities.

I give thanks for being able to connect with all of you and for my amazing, courageous and kind clients and students. I give thanks for my beautiful view and place to live. I give thanks for my healthy, fun twin girls whom I love with all my heart! I give thanks for the Internet, that I can work from my home and reach the world with ease! I give thanks for all my brilliant, fun, compassionate and uplifting friends! I give thanks for my body and that I get to experience life each day and see, feel touch and hear the beauty that surrounds me! I give thanks for my mind, it lets me learn new ideas, it brainstorms concepts, writes things that uplifts and enlightens, and allows me to understand so much. I give thanks for my emotions, that guide me, communicate with me and allow me to feel with depth and richness. I give thanks for my heart, the center of my being that is the fuel for my body and my soul. My heart creates all I have, do and experience. My heart is my point of attraction and my center for deep love and Divine connection.

Most of all, in this moment, I give thanks for my beloved, my love of my life, my soul mate. He lifts me up, kisses me all day, loves me unconditionally and appreciates me beyond comprehension. He understands and is patient, letting me be me in any situation, He gives with all his heart, always doing his best and being honest, sincere and givine. He is smart and talented and have a brilliant mind. He excels in business, marketing and web design, giving his clients the best in service, product and care. He is creative and enjoys life, fun and people. He loves to travel and he loves to be with me. He sends me cards several times a week even after 3 years together. He holds me when I need and lets me be alone too. He is the most wonderful person I have ever met and I get to spend every day with him! How more blessed can I be?!

I wanted to share the card he gave me today, enjoy, and why not let someone special in your life know how blessed you are to have them in your life? Look for what is right, what is wonderful, fun, comforting and fulfilling. Look for proof that life is abundant, beautiful and that you are blessed… isn’t that what you want anyway? Then why not look for it, because if you do, you will see it! It may be just a tiny thing you see at first to feel blessed about. Yet, then you will feel better…and your mind will want to seek out more blessings. Soon you will have he habit if always looking for what is good and exciting. Soon the world will seem more full of possibility and joy than fear and sadness. Remember, you get to choose what you look for, what you notice and what you focus on. I choose love, joy, beauty, happiness, fun, adventure, success, wealth, health and expansion. I know it is all around me, so i choose to dip into it each day by knowing it is there, giving thanks for it and feeling in to the love. You can too! Have a blessed weekend!
