This week is Free Week! I would love for everyone to FEEL FREE! Pick at least one area of your life you want to feel more free in and begin to FEEL FREE NOW.jump
How? think about how it would be to feel financially free, or have more free time, or feel free to do what you want, when you want, or feel free to express yourself more authentically. Perhaps you would love to feel more FREE in how you dress, or in your job, business… like a new business, or asking for a raise. Perhaps you would feel more FREE if you told someone in your life how you feel about them, or forgive someone…. maybe yourself!
I am FEELING FREE this week by calling a lot of old friends, catching up and sharing my new passions. I am heading to Sedona ( I know! :) ) for a wedding and am going to release the past and let the red rock energy cleanse me and empower my new vision for my life. I am going to be there with my beloved, Chris, so it will be a romantic trip as well and that makes me feel very FREE!

I like to pick a theme for the week and the month, for my group Wealth Coaching and other things. It helps focus, and get inspiration! When you can focus yourself on one thing, you can accomplish so much, with such ease! I truly believe we all spend way too much time jumping from one thing to the next and never give anything the real chance to work! So as I always teach to ‘ask ask ask”, I also believe if you do not Trust, it makes no difference what the answer is!

Doing several things at once, studying multiple books or teachers and philosohies at the same time causes confusion and dilution!

So , if you really TRUSTED the Universe, and yourself… if you Really trusted your coach, teacher or guide… if you really Trusted yourself… would you have to be so busy? Would you be jumping from thing to thing and not taking time to let one process or mindset or goal gain some momentum? If you really tuned in and knew what your energy was telling you, you would pick something and Trust it would work for you, and give it your all! You would commit and have the passionate attitude that this will work for you, no matter what! The process you choose is secondary… the dedication and energy, focus and intent you put into it, the TRUST you have in it, is the real key for anything to work for you!

What is the message you are sending by doubting, making plan B, and second guessing? It stops the flow! You are supported, by me, the Universe and yourself…you have within you the most amazing systems designed to give you all you desire. You need to learn how to use them, and Trust! What do you have to lose, letting go of doubt and fear? Just a lot of pain!
