Stand up and fight for yourself if need be

I read this quote and was struck still. I said “wooooooooooooow”…… it sunk into me and it was like a connection sparked! To me this is a perfect analogy of us, our own self esteem, our own self value, our own willingness to put ourselves first and stand up for what we want. So many of us and so many people I am working with are coming to huge turning points in their lives. So many people right now are having deconstructions of thier lives… divorce, foreclosures, bankruptcy, unemployment… on and on. I think that this tells how we get to points where we have to purge, cleanse our lives and start over.

Take the new opportunity of a fresh life form whatever you have going on, and then turn your focus as quickly as you can to your new life, your new opportunities. Make it about you now. Put yourself first, do what you love, stop pleasing others ahead of yourself, honor your preferences and enjoy life! There is no recession in my life right now. I let go of the past and the pain and am grabbing onto my own vision of my ideal life with both hands! Things are expanding, I am putting myself first. I am creating financial independence and freedom. I am never goign to let anyone steal my dreams again. I am never going to let anything distract me from focus only on what I am claiming as real for me in all areas of my life.

If you do not put yourself first now, you may end up having to pull yourself out of a situation that creates havoc in your life. It is always worth it in the end. But wouldn’t it be better if we started NOW to value ourselves enough to choose positive, empowering, uplifting, loving people around us? Never settle for second best. You, and me, are worth it!

3) The secret to attracting money is to GET RID OF our subconscious limiting and negative beliefs. What we need to see money for what it is - a symbol

4) “Money likes speed” is one of Joe’s maxims and so does the Universe.  You have to take action on the ideas that come to you. Your job is to be a partner
to the universe and take action on that idea. Most people automatically go into reasons why they can’t do it (don’t have time, will do it later, etc.) That is an example of not being grateful for what ideas the universe is presenting to you.

5) Where do you start? You start right where you are now. The missing link is to take action. The word “act” is in the law of attraction. It’s  a partnership.

6) If you want to make a difference in the world, then become wealthy! Because this is the way that you can choose where you contribute.

7) When you begin to love yourself, the world opens up. One of the single greatest blocks to money, is this feeling that we don’t deserve it. This unconscious belief needs to be addressed. If there is any lack in your life, it has to do with some lack of unforgiveness of yourself.

So how do you get rid of the beliefs? That’s the million dollar question and this is where his clearing techniques are. He gave us three techniques.  In his programs and books he details many more.

1. Become aware of the issue. Ask yourself the question: What sorts of beliefs would a person like me have to have in order to have the life I have? The meaning you give an event is the belief that attracted it. Notice the things that come to mind. These are the unconscious beliefs that are attracting those situations. There is
a belief that is attracting exactly what you have in your life. Everything you have in the outer world is a mirror of what’s in your unconscious mind.

2. Ask questions about the belief, and follow the thread of your beliefs and the credibility you give them. Ask the question, is that really true?

3 If you have a re-occuring problem, it is a problem seeking resolution; an old belief seeking a release.

Freedom from the past

I know how much the memories from the past can get stuck inside of us.
Our minds replay the past events that upset us, our emotions can be triggered by someone acting in a similar way to a past event for us. We have a huge amount of energy that we send to the past to keep it alive. This is energy we could be using today to create our lives the way we want them to be today. We are not our past.

We can only really live in this moment. The ‘now’ moment is our place of power, as it is our place of experience. When we live in the present moment more fully, we have much more to choose form, we have much more clarity, joy and most of all control. Control in the sense of where we put our energy and focus. What we focus our awareness on is where we send out energy. Where we send ou energy is what gets power and it is the signal we send out to the Universe. The Universe then responds by sending back a similar energy , and that is law of attraction.

So if we are lost ion the past, if we have painful, sad and incomplete past experiences, we are using a good porton of our energy on keeping that alive. Release the past! The only benefit from the past is to take the experiences that we loved, that empowered us, that moved us forward and use the memory of the power, joy, love, confidence, strength, courage to enrich our current visions. We always have a current vision f how we want our lives to be. This is essentially our goals, whether we have stated that or not, and what we are internally asking the Universe for. In order to really empower our vision and pull it into our current reality, we add sensations and feelings to it as if it is already our current reality. We can access the past and pull forward a previous experience that has those feelings in order to really power up that new vision. Other than this, let the past go!

Why let the past go? Because it is not serving you in any way to waste your energy by keeping those past regrets and hurts alive. You can use that energy now to make a more enjoyable moment, to focus on looking for the opportunities the Universe is sending to you. You can use it to be more clear, focused, happy, loving, energetic. You can use that energy to be with your kids, help a neighbor or friend or treat yourself to some time alone. You could write a book, start an online business, learn to paint or meditate. You have such a full life, right herein this moment, and most people miss out on it. The richness of the present moment is not felt or experienced by most people because they are always in past, the future or fear. It does absolutely no good to get stuck in the past. It is over. Bless it, thank it and let it go.

Pull all your energy and attention into the now and see what is wonderful in your life. Look deeper and more closely at what is around you right now. Listen to the wind or rain, feel the sheets opn your bed, smell the flowers in your yard, watch a loved one closely as they talk. Pulling your energy into the now will enrich your life in the most amazing ways! Here is a healing call I did for my Intend Global Healing circle, free every Thursday.
