The reality is, if we give priority to knowing what we are thinking and begin to consciously choose what we want to think, we can create massive, positive change in our lives!
Our mind is a tool, and amazing, programmable one that supports us. What we ‘feed’ it, what we ask it for, how we ask and how consistently we communicate determines our experience of life each day. Imagine being able to think what you WANT, not what feels like is controlling you. This is easier than you think.

We have to change what we believe in order to change what kind of life mood, wealth, love… we get to have in our lives. This is “only a thought, and a thought can be changed” Louise Hay says. You had to choose the thoughts you have now. You weren’t born with them downloaded into you. You chose them and now you can change what you choose. Change what you think of most often, and then change what you think it means. These are the power places.
You can literally decide to think anything you want, and you can choose what it means… to you, about you and about the world. I personally like to think the most loving, inspiring, uplifting, empowering and strengthening thoughts. I have created a habit of thinking the best, of myself, of others, of the situation. I intentionally align myself with the best. Habits are easy to create, you simply repeat behavior, thoughts over each day for 30 -60 days and you have created a new neural pathway in your brain! Support what you want by making it a priority, interrupting negative and unsupported thoughts and deciding to believe whatever gives you the most energy, love, happiness, confidence and passion.

Wow, what a funny screw up and lesson for me!
- I realized the email had not gone out, so no one knew how to get to the call
- I resent the email &I logged into my teleseminar site and dialed in to do the call. No one was there.
- I went to set up the back up recording and it was not registering my voice… I thought “I should cancel”… no I told myself, you owe it to everyone (even tho they don’t knowit is on!)
- I began the class and saw some people on the webcast…then they left and it was no one again… very strange
- I noticed the class would not begin on the computer and then saw it had been set for next week on Oct 8!! S that was what was in my blog, on the site and in the emails… I hung up
- Again the thought “I think I am supposed to cancel…” No”, I thought, “this is an important topic, “Put yourself First”, I really want to help people to know they have to honor themselves, follow their inner guidance,,, keep moving forward. (One of my favorite phrases, and I am able to keep pushing myself, upstream… hmmmm)
- I changed it to today and to 12:05 and called in again… thinking the recording would be there for people as soon as they got the email update, soI wills till go ahead.
- AS I did the 1 hour and 20 minute beautiful healing, i saw people hop on and off the webcast… never thought to find out why, just kept going
When I was done I downloaded the call to my computer and checked it…. it was totally blank… nothing had recorded…I had not bothered to check why the back up recording didn’t work, I rushed forward to do it for “everyone else”.
