“Celebrate the feeling of victory in advance and celebrate
victory will
be yours.” Dr. Maxwell Maltz
I find in my own life and in my work with clients, that most of us lose our focus part way to our dream. Doubts, fears and negative people and perceived failures interrupt our vision and determination. A teacher once told me “if you could think only one thought for a full minute you could manifest anything”. If you try, you will realize, it is a challenge.
One powerful tool to keep yourself on track and help ensure success is to Celebrate within. Create the feeling of success, in such detail that you can see, feel and smell the moment of victory. Think about what will be the moment you will know you have reached your goa.l. In money golas you can visualize the moment you get a check in the ail, paypal payments arrive in your email, or what you online bank balance loks like. You can see yourself receiving a promotion, achieving a sales level or selling a certain number of books, products or seats to your event. ALwasy go to the end result and envision something that will thrill you, and begin to feel it and see it as much as possible.
Then add the celebration. Get your mind and body programmed so completely with the feeling of success, joy, happiness, and celebration, that is begins to feel normal to you. The more detail you add, the more senses you use, the more determined you become to make it happen. If you live in it mentally, as often as possible, and you cultivate the feeling of already having it, you will succeed. No doubt.
Keep your faith and focus. Determine to manage your energy when something or someone brings you down or you feel you experience a set back. The secret to success, and speed, is to NOT LET ANYTHING INTERRUPT YOU.

“Celebrate the feeling of victory in advance WHILE visualizing yourself  TELLING you

how to gain victory beforehand, and victory will be yours.” Chong Xin Yun Seth
SECRET: Use your ‘future’ self to guide you to your goal. When you imagine yourself in the end result, and make it real in your mind, your mind believes it is real. Then the problem solving part of your mind will look for everything you need to get you there. Then you can work backwards. The biggest key is to feel it as real and then follow the feeling to the resources, opportunities, decisions and actions that will lead you to your goal. When you have the ‘blueprint’ of who you are, how you feel, what you will do, when you have achieved your goal, you have the map to follow.
A joyful, Happy Holiday to you all!

Celebrate!love_note
It’s mother’s day, and, as a mom, I decided yesterday  to celebrate myself!
So if you are a mom, or you love someone who is a mom, celebrate! Below I have given you a powerful meditation to celebrate yourself.
I feel that mom’s are under appreciated, and not just by others, but most by themselves. So today I want to tell all mom’s to Celebrate Yourself!
  • Do whatever YOU want, all day
  • Eat Cake for breakfast! (my twin girls Emily and Sierra, made me a cake and I ate it for breakfast)
  • DO NOT DO DISHES OR CLEAN (really, I mean it!!)
  • Take a nap
  • Read, listen to music you like, relax……
  • Meditate and think about what a wonderful mom you are, all the love you have given your kids, every hug, every smile, bask in the love and beauty of being a mom and love yourself for
  • Tell yourself, while looking into your own eyes in the mirror, “I Love You”
  • Forgive yourself
  • Forgive your kids
  • Let go
  • Laugh
  • Be Yourself (not just today, decide to BE you , no matter what!)
  • Embrace the journey
My Gift to You… please bless yourself!
Mom Heart Celebration Meditation
Choose to heal and open your heart, take at least 10 minutes today, or more :), and focus on your heart.
Get comfortable sitting or laying down, play soft music if you like and close your eyes…
Let a waterfall of light and energy, any color that comes to you, pour down over and through you, relaxing you and let all tension in your body and mind flow out of  you…
Think of all the things you really love about your kids. Things you have done together, times you relish, really immerse yourself in all the fun, love, connection and wonder of being a mom. (No sad or negative thoughts allowed.)
Be aware of how you feel, how your body feels, notice how your energy rises, you feel good all over. Keep focusing on this wonderful feeling and let it run through all your cells and now each cell is having a party it feels so good.
Spread the joyful, loving feelings to your mind, bath your mind in it, spread it to your emotional body, let it be dipped in the love and happiness and feel it soothing and refreshing you. allow the feeling take on a special ight and color and watch, in your minds eye, it flow all through your body, rejuvenating all your organs and tissues.
See and feel your cells celebrating the rich feelings…
Expand the feelings out into your energy body and out as far as your essence goes, miles!
Focus on your heart and fill it with the love and peace you are feeling. Imagine it expanding your heart out and out until you are encompassed within your heart. Feel what it is like to be embraced by your own heart… feel the divine coursing through you, from you, round and round in a beautiful infinity symbol, blending, clearing, cleansing, healing, releasing, soothing, loving, uplifting
Feel the immense love in your heart… you are now, being inside your own heart, the core center of your heart…. you are the Source of your heart, your love… your life force…
It is you… Be this beauty, claim this strength, this power, BE you and see how strong the signal you put out.
From you, at the center of your heart, you are pulsing out a frequency… your vibration is being broadcast out in all directions through your heart.
Your heart is the the generator of your reality… you are now the center of that projector….and you are pulsing out this gigantic feeling of love, joy, appreciation and wonder…
You are the Love from your heart…. BE in it and soak it in!
Start the party! Imagine every part of you having a party, to celebrate you! You celebrating you! Appreciating you! Loving, cherishing, respecting, honoring you!
Let all of you celebrate, a big smile within you!
Bask in it, open your soul and let in all the love and appreciation.
Now join the party! Celebrate yourself, from the core part of you!
A few minutes before you end your meditation, begin to focus on how deeply you appreciate feeling this way, feel gratitude for yourself, your kids, your body, mind, and expand the feelings of appreciation out into the world and then
Come back to your body and stretch, and smile and think ‘I am a fantastic mom!”.
Enjoy your day and  share the celebration!

Life is meant to be fun…yes it’s true…

“Life is supposed to be fun…” Abraham Hicks

I hope you enjoyed the new meditation moment video I posted yesterday “Celebrate Life!”. I got some nice comments and I wanted to talk a bit more about celebrating life every day.

I know it is hard for many of us to believe that we are, indeed, supposed to have fun and be happy. I know for me, I was programmed very early on by my parents that life isn’t all play, that suffering and working hard was revered and that I was supposed to stop being so happy and spontaneous all the time and get “serious”.

Any of you had that training too? I think most of us have had that to one degree or another.

“…that life was meant to be FUN! It’s hard to believe sometimes, but it’s true. It’s all about point of view.” Neale Donald Walsch

Over the years these ideas are reinforced by society. Our teachers and school rules, in the workplace and even with some of our friends and loved ones. People have been teaching people over the ages one after another the ideas around life being hard. We are taught there is lack, there is much to be afraid of, life isn’t easy, “no pain no gain”, “money doesn’t grow on trees”, “life is not a picnic” and so on. At times it appears hard to stay happy and positive amidst all this negativity, stress and fear. I know, I lived with depressed, negative people most of my life.

I have even discovered over the last 10 years that many people dislike ‘happy’ people! I see that people feel more miserable when they see a happy person. Apparently it makes people feel worse if they are not happy and they are with someone who is happy. Sad, really, that we cannot be genuinely happy for others and use their joy as an inspiration for finding our own!

I know we are meant to be happy, and as I live my joy more and more everyday, every moment, I know it more and more deeply. I have to still consciously tell myself, when a rush of joyful, excited energy goes through me, that “yes, you are meant to do this, that is what that feeling is telling you”…because even though I have come so far, I still occasionally have that parental voice say “now you can’t have/do everything you want!”.

INSPIRED ACTION:

You have to start where you are and;

1. Do Not feel guilty or bad in any way that you are not happy now or haven’t gotten this sooner.

2. Examine your thoughts and beliefs (repetitive thoughts that have their own pathway in your brain). Do you have negative thought patterns others told you about life? Do they support you and what You want to do/feel/be? Decide right now to choose your own thoughts and create your own beliefs

3. Decide, I mean really commit, that you want to be happy and you deserve to be happy and you are happy. Happiness is your natural state, so it will get real easy soon enough, even if at first we have to “work” at it. Remember these are just thoughts, thoughts are just energy and you are the sole creator of your thoughts…so you have all the power needed to change them.

4. Choose your thoughts and thus how you feel in each moment. Every day stop now and then and ‘check in’ with how you feel. Are you feeling joy? Are you letting outside circumstances, people or events dictate how you feel? Then CHOOSE, in that moment to feel happy. Think of when you were very happy and bring that feeling into your being, your body, your mind. The more detail you include, the easier it will be to begin to move towards a happier feeling. Take baby steps, do not judge yourself for where you are, remember #1.

5. Set up reminders in any way you can to help you to remember you are allowed to feel happy anytime, anywhere! Post notes on mirror, in wallet or on calender. Send yourself messages via text or email. Have others remind you with a call (sort of a ‘happiness accountability partner’).

6. Keep a proof journal. Each day at the end of the day jot down on your computer or in a notebook all the moments you experienced happiness that day and anything you did to really turn your emotions around. This will be fantastic positive reinforcement you can read later or just feel good about in the moment.

Once you start to see that you can choose happiness no matter what, you will be inspired with your own power, choices and of course… how great it feels to be happy and celebrate life every day!
