It’s mid November and the ‘time for gratitude’ is approaching! Is it odd that we, here in the US, designate one day for being grateful? Well, I think it is wonderful we recognize it and celebrate it…however, why not make every day thanks-giving day?!

I am grateful today, because I am published in a new book!

5. Insights from the Beach

I am soo excited to tell you I am finally publishing my book “Insights from the Beach”!…This is a heads up, it will be ready for you to buy soon, all beautiful and shiny and full of beautiful photographs by myself and my beloved, and amazing photographer Chris Sherrod of  www.abundanceunlimited.com

I spent 3 months living 2/3 of the time at the beach, ON the beach! It was a powerful and essential healing for me, going through a challenging divorce and reconnecting to my inner being. As I spent day after day , walking, meditating, contemplating and basking in the energy of the beach, I received amazing insights! Many of the animals ’spoke’ to me, gave me insights that opened inner doors for me and allowed me to release and move on.
