Nan’s Manifestation Equation

“…that you need to make a commitment, and once you
make it, then life will give you some answers.” Les Brown

Ever want answers from life? Me too! Well, I have been receiving some wonderful answers form life lately. Why? Because I am being still and expecting the answers.

I really enjoy meditating, and visualizing and have been in a very intense phase where I spend hours each day in a dreamy state where I see and feel my life the way I am creating it to be. As you probably know, this is the manifestation equation. So here is my simple formula or “Manifestation Equation” for getting answers from life. Be aware, there are some things to do that align you in the best possible way to not only getting answers, but then stepping into the living of your dream.

Nan’s Manifestation Equation

Begin by relaxing and letting go of all the tension in your bodies” mental, physical and emotional. Drop your awareness down out of your mind and into your heart. Do this till you are truly relaxed and in the moment.

Then make a commitment to yourself to:
1. Let go any thoughts and beliefs that do not support who you truly are in this moment.
2. To be open, willing and receptive to the answers, the guideposts to light your path and to receiving the actual manifestations of your desires.
3. Go deep into the core of who you are, and make your choices form this place. Choose to honor and believe in your VALUE, your WORTH and your right to BE your true self.

Once you are in this space, start the process, take as long as you can, but 5 minutes is enough if you can’t spend more time.

1. Choose (ask) what you want, based from your core, and describe as specifically as you can at this time.

2. See (in your mind’s eye) what you want, in as great a detail as you can, Build on it each time, adding people, place details, smells, opportunities and more to the vision.

3. Feel (in all your senses as well as in your energy field) how it feels to have, be and do what you are asking for.
Step into the “movie” and make it as real as you can in your body (how it feels to be there, look like that, wear that, how you move, walk, carry yourself)

4. Let the “Holographic Movie” you have created go…watch, enjoy and feel good.

5. Feel happy and grateful for what you are/have and say “thank you, thank you, thank you” as often as you think of it, while truly feeling appreciative

Carry the wonderful feelings with you as long as you can. Repeat to insure you stay in those feelings no matter what you are doing. Carrying the feelings of having, being or doing what you are asking for with you brings it into your daily reality more quickly. Being in the state of knowing it is yours and feeling it, will bring you the pleasure now and the actuality sooner.

Happy Birthday to me

It’s my birthday today! Yea! I am a big celebrator… I love to celbrate life, birthdays, everything!

SO why am I bloggin and telling you it’s my birthday? Well, to be honest I want not going to open my computer all weekend, and yet, I am up early, happy, skipping around the house. I am admiring the gorgeous pink roses my beloved gave me and thinking about my romatic night last night. My honey took me to a wonderful italian restuarant, and we pretended we were in Venice again (we were there this summer….wonderful… and pre-flood!). He gave me some lovely earrings and made me feel incredibly loved and appreciated.

So I had vivd dreams all night, and I woke up happy and feeling a heightened sense of awareness of how wondrous life is. I wanted to share that with someone, my honey is still asleep…and I plan to go back there after this!

The reason I want to share is that I am a naturally ahppy person. I prefer feeling happy and in general I am in a positive mood and see the good in life. However, like most people, I have had my share of trauma, dram and pain. I have become aware lately that I have been under a very dark cloud, deeply buried for about 3 years. I went throught the most horrendous divorce, that also took my real estate investment business down and much more. Beleive me when I say, it was a huge crash and mt family turned their back on me as well. All in all it was extreme.

However, for the last year I have flet better and each day I grow more joyful and clear on my path and more in tune with who I am. It was not until the last month or so that I came out of the fog far enough to really understand how far under I was. I began to realize that the joy I have been feeling is very low volume compared to what is usual for me in my life.

And that joy is cming back, and it feels so good, and I want to be in it all the time and I stay up ;late just basking in the bliss! So I was feeling another step closer to my bliss, and I felt so happy about it.

I also have come into a new level of knowing who I am. Do you know what I mean? I think on many levels, because of the depth of the pain I have gone through, I am emerging a whole new butterfly from my cocoon. And I like it. It is more me, more in tune to that inner source me that is bliss, and joy, and abundance. I am getting a deeper, more rela and profound experience of life, and I love it! My visions and knowings are so much deeper. My energy is richer, my perspective re newed and truly in tune with my inner being. It is delicious!

So, thank you all for being a part of my journey, my inner explorations and my growth. Working one on one with you, teaching classes and interacting with all you amazing beings, is my true joy and enhances my own personal growth on this path. I thank you, honor you, appreciate you and I encourage you to CELEBRATE your life unfolding in a marvelous and joyful way!

How to handle a bully

How do you feel when you are threatened? Bullied? Pushed around, accused, attacked? Do you feel your stomach flip or get queasy? Does your heart race? Do you want to run away or fight?

How often does this happen to you in your daily life? I know we have all had intense experiences in life now and then with someone who is very volatile, angry and wants to force their opinions and more on us. But have you ever considered that often, in a less intense way, people are trying to control you every day? You feel it, you just try to ignore it or perhaps it upsets you and you let it ruin your day…

What is the point of all this? My mission is to help others in the ways I have helped myself to get over worrying about what others think and being myself. When you allow others to bully you, and threaten you, and you react to it in a way that is not empowering to you, it depletes you of energy. It allows you to stay in a victim mode. When you are in a victim mode, you attract more of the same; situations, people. I wanted to break that chain, at all levels…do you?

Well, for one  it is not about being able to prevent anyone from ever doing anything ever to upset or hurt you. Remember you can’t change other people, ever. They will still do their thing. But when you encounter someone who is acting like a bully, superior, acting from their ego and threatening you, you will be able to CHOOSE new feelings and thoughts. You can shift the situation within you and not take on their stuff.

Some people are very full of fear and then they try to control everyone and everything around them. They blame you, they accuse everything around them and they do not take responsibility for their own lives, feelings and actions. When you encounter these kind of people, breathe….. then relax and allow your emotions to move through you…do not resist them, just let them wash over you and out…

Then begin to focus on “this is their issue not mine”. If the ‘attack” and threats are pummeling you, continue to breathe and surround your heart with light, then expand it to include your solar plexus (stomach) and keep going until you yourself are encapsulated in light.

Stand up for yourself. That may mean walking away, and saying nothing. It may mean getting mad. It may mean saying what you feel is true. It may mean you say you need time to cool off and think clearly and you will get back to them later. Or it may mean you simply do not respond at all. Whatever you do, be true to yourself. Allowing others to make you feel bad and scare you is not honoring who you are. There is a really, really deep place within you, that knows you must be FIRST and FOREMOST true to yourself, no matter what.

I wish I had a better way to explain this, because when you get it, wow! Anytime you go against your inner voice/knowing, you attract more attacks. It is not different than the animal world, where in the wild animals can smell fear and weakness. The people who threaten and attack others are themselves HUGE VICTIMS. They have learned throughout their lives to take power and energy from others through intimidation and control. That control maybe aggressive and outright, or it may be passive and silent, hard to detect. The cool thing is, when you get rooted firmly within yourself, you will know it either way, your body will tell you! Your body, mind and emotions are constantly communicating with you and you will KNOW when something does not feel right.

Let go of guilt and feeling responsible for other people’s feelings and actions. You cannot make anyone do anything. When others threaten you, turn within and do what you know to be best for you. If later you realize you just wimped out to keep peace, then resolve it. Talk to them either in person or in the etheric. Forgive yourself and them. Let it go. Invite in positive, creative energy. Move on and honor yourself. Above all love yourself and learn from each encounter.

Once you begin to operate from this beautiful core within you, you will notice these things bother you less and less and in fact, show up less and less. Remember, when someone blames you, THEY are the victim. When someone threatens you, THEY are the one out of control, not in alignement or integrity. When someone attacks you it is from THEIR own issues, and feelings of lack of control, not ever because of you!

Stay in your own integrity, apologize when you feel out of alignement and then allow the bullies to go play somewhere else. If you are unwilling to play, they will go away and find others to hook into their drama!

All you have to do is be ready and willing to receive them…and then LOOK. They are there… I think you are getting warmer already!
