What kind of body do you want?

I just created and recorded a new script for the ‘Unleashing Your Limitless Potential’ series. The last one was on prosperity and wow…it is powerful! This one is on health, vitality and creating the body you desire. I am creating 2 more scripts and then a meditation called “Joyful Health”.

I would love to know what you want. How you want to feel in your body? What you want to feel, look like and so on. I am focusing on energy, vitality, clarity…

Effortlessly achieving your ideal size. Releasing dis-ease, pain and excess weight and finding ease, comfort, and optimal weight. It is about you releasing what no longer serves you, no judgement now! And increasing the good feelings and health you desire. It’s turning out awesome!

Let me know what you want, and I will use your inspiration to empower this powerful audio series for you!

    Hi Nan,

    Our body is the outer manifestation of our inner being… so, as I want my inner being to be free, enlighted and magnificantly fulfilled, I would like to see my body reflecting it: young, radiant, healthy, renewed daily, energized, glowing and attractive to self and others.

    When one looks at your body, it reflects one’s content with one’s inner being and proof of one’s fullfilment as a universal being.

    I wake up in the morning with so much energy that I just bounce out of bed, eager to greet the day. I have a clear head and clear energy all day long (no slumps in the mid-afternoon) so that I can accomplish everything on my to-do list with joy and enthusiasm, and still have enough time and energy left over to do some extra activities too, like play with my kids and my doggies, clean my house, call a friend on the phone, do some drawing, do some gardening, re-model the house…
    I forget what a headache feels like. I have lost my taste for sugar and junk food so that I don’t even want it or think about it or even recognize it as something to eat. All of my excess body weight naturally just melts away as a side effect of some very easy and pleasant lifestyle changes that I make effortlessly and with joy. I am at my natural “thin” weight so that I feel bouncy and light and I want to dance for joy every day. I am strong, flexible, and agile, and I can tackle any physical activity I want, from rock climbing to swimming to yoga class to ballroom dancing, whatever presents itself in my path that looks fun to do! I feel beautiful and vibrant in my body, ready and fit to do what is in front of me to do. All of my food choices are natural, so that I only ever want what is good for me, and it never occurs to me to feel deprived. I don’t miss any of the foods I used to eat because they don’t appeal to me anymore and I don’t even really see them as choices anymore. I always eat the right foods in the right amounts, and my lifestyle naturally keeps me fit by including the kinds of physical activities I enjoy doing every day. I don’t have to find time or space or energy to “exercise” because I already get movement as a natural by-product of living my life. I don’t need to diet or deprive myself of any of the foods I love because all of the foods I love are what I naturally eat every day, lots and lots of fresh fruits and vegatables of every kind prepared in the most delectible ways. I feel so nourished by the bounty of the earth, and my body glows with appreciation.
