What do you do when faced with conflict?

I encourage you to look into how you deal with conflict, I have found it to be a huge area of growth and strength for me whenever I face a difficult situation and decide to do it with honor and integrity…my integrity, not someone else’s version of it. I recently had a well known “Spiritual teacher” do, yet another, thing that smacks with personal inner weakness. Their decision to not be honest with people because they are “afraid to hurt anyone’s feelings”, and to not respond, communicate or resolve any issues that come up have given me pause to think about this. How can someone claim to teach and practice spiritual growth when they themselves are not even willing to deal honestly and directly with day to day issues and people, even people who love and respect them? I have seen mis-communication, misunderstandings  and hard feelings sprout up over and over around this person…unnecessarily , due to this person’s lack of inner integrity and willingness to stand up and deal honestly with people. It boggles my mind. I do not expect anyone to be perfect, I know I am always in process, changing and growing, and yet i am always interested in seeing where my fears arise and why, clearing what appears as issues and manifests things i do not want. To me that is a huge part of why we are here, to have these opportunities to see where we are within ourselves and to choose what we want to feel and experience. I feel it is this internal growth, this self realization that expands us, source, the universes and all there is. This is a way to sift and sort what we like, how we want to feel and how to change what we think, feel and how we react. This is manifesting and creating our lives on purpose and these are enormous opportunities to not only decide what we like and do not like, but also to ‘practice’ how to interact and communicate with people.

How do you perceive conflict? Some people seem to like it, attract it, relish in it, get power from it. Most people fear it, avoid it and some even run from it. What do you believe is the ‘right’ thing to do about conflict? Is there such a thing as a ‘right ‘ way to handle it?

Since I do not really think anyone truly wants or likes conflict (even those who seem to relish it I believe have some other reason for that, mainly that something in them, anger or fear or lack of self worth, takes on a magnetic filed that says “want to fight? Fine, let’s fight! Bring it on!”) I think it is an interesting topic. I think that the way we ultimately deal with conflict of any kind says a lot about who we are. This is not a moral judgment or a right or wrong thing. This is about us really getting to know and understand our true selves. If we truly stand in our won space and own who we are, love and cherish who we are, we know we have nothing to fear and therefore, conflict is very different than how most of society perceives it.

However, on our own personal journey’s we can see how we are affected by conflict and how we choose to handle it, feel about it and resolve it, and this is a huge indicator to ourselves of where we are within ourselves. Being in a space of inner peace is what we all want and is our natural state. So then, how do we choose that state, and not fall in to judgment of ourselves and others, fear of others opinions and letting our minds run wild with “what if” or “they shouldn’t” scenarios?

Well, I know from my life that I never liked conflict and used to be afraid of aggressive, direct people and people who I perceived as “bully’s”. Over the years I have intentionally strengthened myself, and my self worth to be less and less intimidated by this type of energy and I have stepped up and deal with conflicts as they appeared in my life. There were times I wanted to run, literally and emotionally, away, and not deal with it. It was internally very painful. However, I found that every time I dealt with it and went through it instead of avoiding it, I grew, and that strength was worth every bit of discomfort. Then I was stronger and more confident the next time, I know it was not such a big deal as I was making it, and I began to find ways to actually re-frame the situation.

Re-framing is an internal way to quickly shift your perception and interpretation of the situation. Since we create our won realities and therefore we choose our thoughts and feelings, we can, in an instant, shift how we feel and therefore the energy over the whole circumstance shifts. Since it is all energy, this is how to really make changes that yo can feel and see. You will see people react differently to you and you can see conflicts completely dissolve in front of you. You can feel calm and happy in the middle of a so called “bad” situation, and you can let go of your attachment to any outcome or desire for external circumstances to be different than what they are.

Does this mean you are saying it is “OK” for someone to act a certain way? No, letting it go, changing your attitude or releasing your resistance does not have anything to do with condoning any action or person. Remember, nothing anyone else does has anything to do with you in reality. Everyone is operating in their own world and can only come from their own perspective. You can;t change anyone or anything else, but you can change how you feel and act or react. This is true power. Power over your own thoughts and emotions…this creates worlds.

I recently have encountered some situations that gave me a chance to see how I deal with conflict (again…a life long process really!). Having come through so much emotional conflict in my divorce, several key people in my life who are the “bully” type (who i tried for so long to please…) and other things in life, I am in the best place I have ever been inside of me. I no longer fear or am intimidated by direct people, in fact I appreciate them. Not ‘bully’s’, not people who are aggressive and try to force their ego’s and agenda’s on you., but people who know who they are and are willing to be honest and direct in their communication. I am more like this as well and I find many people do not like it, but it solves many issues that arise form being vague, avoiding discussing important things and other things that tend to arise with people who are too afraid to communicate honestly.

There is something very damaging when people hide and avoid issues that make them uncomfortable. In this way you never can resolve anything, or know where you or they stand. How can you and have potential for good open communication, growth and opportunity to connect when someone is not honest with you?

Magical things can happen when you step into perceived ‘conflict’….you will find out more about who you are and you will increase your power and make friends with people you never imagined. Your world grows, expands and you feel like you can handle anything, fear fades…so much is available to us when we are willing to deal with conflict and not run from it. Step up and trust yourself, you are safe and magnificent and you add tjo the beauty of the world when you do! Thank you!

Your body is a cooperative group of energies all working together to create an energy interpreting machine so to speak, that can draw in, focus and project energies in any form it/you wants. In movie terms, you are the writer, director, crew, set designer, costume designer, producer photographer and actor in your own movie. Your body is what you create, project and experience all life through, what you both project your movie from as well experience it through, like a 4-D movie.

I recently read in Eckart Tolle’s “Power of Now” that your body is vital to your experience, to ‘be in’ your body more than your mind. It is interesting , as I am a big proponent of getting out of your mind and realiziing that you are not your thoughts, and if you were in my Spirit of Money class, you know that! I love the idea though, that even though, we are also, not our body, we are vitally connected to it as a vehicle, as a tool as a way to experience this dimension of reality. It makes it an easy way to feel your energy and be in the ‘now’…focus on our body. As i say “feel the sensations throughout your body” as a way to begin to connect to your energy field. When you do this, then you can begin to consciously direct your life and your experiences.

Best of all you can make choices like connecting to the Spirit of Money…and allow money and love and joy and whatever you want, to flow in to your life experience with joy and ease.

Clearing your energy resonates out in to the world!

Want to dialogue with the Universe?

You can ‘dialogue’ with anything! Everything is one, is energy , is connected. The real easy and fun way to Create your own reality now is to realize that you as an energy being can connect, merge or communicate with any other energy. Since everythign is energy, that means the Multiverse is your playground, so to speak!

Life is supposed to be easy and fun, this does NOT mean that you never encounter what we perceive as ‘challenges’, but they are not bad and they do not have to be ‘problems’, unless you choose to make them so. So here is your inspired action for the day, and it will make your life more fun, easy and thrilling than you ever imagined, really!!!

INSPIRED ACTION:

Cultivate your connection to all other forms of energy/life and create a space inside you for easy, juicy co-creation every day!

Ease of manifestation happens when you choose to cooperate with the energies of your being and the Mulitverse (universes). Whether you wish to form a bond with the spirit of money, a new car, true love…whatever unseen energies you would like to communicate with, co-create or merge with…it all starts with creating a space inside you (like we did in one of the first Spirit of Money classes…now available on audio!).

Get quiet, be peaceful and then invite the universe to communicate with you, and wait to see what you feel or see or hear. It may not come at all the first time, keep asking, the answer may show you as you shop in the grocery store, or right that minute, but as you do this and ask questions and look for answers you will start to feel the energy/presence of the universe and it will most definitely get more ‘real’, more ‘present’ and palpable to you. It is a fun process and very uplifting when you begin to receive the responses.

You can also do like I did with everyone in class #7 of The Spirit of Money; ask the universe to stand next to you and sense it till l you feel it, then ask a question, and be open to the answer or even start writing and see what comes through that way.

Last step..believe what you get, trust yourself and do not second guess and explain away what you receive, it is real, and you are a vibrational interpreter, you do it all the time when you hear, taste, smell and so on, this is the same thing!

In this way you begin to fine tune your senses, know yourself and it will be easier and easier to connect with the energies you desire when you are creating something in your life! It’s a happy, benevolent, loving Multiverse, it is all here willing ready to co-create with you…it’s your turn to tune in and play!

How do you buy what you want when you really have no money?

I received this email and thought it would be helpful, almost all if us have had this thought, let me know if you have an other ideas…

I realize as I write this, that it is going to smack in the face of
‘Is this person for real?’….
Yes, I am for real…
I understand that in the concept of the Law of Attraction, one is not to
speak in the negative nor in a frame reference of lack…yet, if, in the
‘real’ world one does NOT literally have 3 cents to their name, not to
mention the $39.99 that it costs for one of your Top Products[Reboot Your
Inner Money Machine], how can one [me] create the money to get this product
so as to learn how to do exactly as the title suggests?
I am deadly serious!
I have a burning desire to Hear the voice of money, I just don’t have the
money to allow me to access the product….

Please advise…”

MY ANSWER:

“an interesting and good question indeed!
I find that it is best to say “how can I ….” and then you create an opening to let the
answer, inspiration or opportunity to show up.
So  in this case it would be “how can I purchase this audio?”
then let ideas come to you…
I was at a seminar once and they did an exercise with the class, some people wanted to attend the next workshop and it cost several 1000 $. So they asked what you asked, and so the speaker had them come on to stage and asked them
this “If you knew you would die if you could not attend this seminar, what would you do?
You would put your energy to work to find a way to make it happen…so let’s make a list of 10 ways you could make it happen…”
It is very melodramatic, but it was very interesting to see the ideas the woman
and the audience came up with, everyone got really creative and ideas were pouring in.
It opens your eyes, widens your boundaries and lets ideas come to you when you ask,
“how can I…?” and then you open to the ideas.
I also like vision boards or seeing yourself doing or having what you want a few minutes a day.
I once had no money to travel and I really wanted to go to the beach, about a month or so later I got invited to speak at a hotel on the beach and they paid for the gas , hotel and food, so it was free!!
I loved and appreciated how wonderful it was that the universe gave me what I wanted in such a creative way,and then they invited me back the very next month!
Look for the miracles that are being offered!

Why your visions & money energy haven’t merged yet

I have been talking to a lot of people about their dreams and lining them up with the energy system we call money. Recently a woman in my Spirit of Money class asked some questions and here is my answer

“Nothing you discover about what you have been doing, thinking or not lining up with is to feel bad , guilty or mad about! It is just the journey, there are no mistakes, and so now you have shifted into a new awareness about money, you can see where you are better…and that is how change begins! Excellent!
The reason you feel your money dreams and visions haven’t merged with the energy system of money is, you didn’t know there was one, no one role modeled this for you and you were never taught that everything is energy and to go there first to line up what you want.
It is kind of like going to the shoe store to buy food and never being able to figure our why you never get to eat, and you keep getting grumpier and hungrier…most of us are never shown that tuning in to the energy system of who we are is the beginning of true bliss…so now you know, you can merge your money fantasies with the energy system of money!
When you stay as present as you can to yourself as this flood of energy pouring through your form/body, you feel a sort of non attachment to what you think and what your body does, and then you focus more on the energy pouring thru you at this amazing rate and how it comes in to you and then you are like this vortex, like a giant blender and you mix your visions and your energy and out it pops in to the world.
It is fun and like an unfolding, like a present being slowly opened to reveal something so wonderful, that you stay in the present moment just to be near it and feel it fully, then the next one begins to open, like a flower blooming, and you mere with that beauty and fun, and …you see how you string together these “now” moments and soon you are having so much fun in the now moment, savoring what you have created and what is blossoming within you, that you don;t have time to give any attention to worrying why you don’t have something, you are enjoying the process of creating and riding the waves of energy within you as you blend and mix and ebb and flow…it is a real dance and a ton of fun!
The same goes for the loved one, the workaholic, and so on, all that fades away when you tune in to the energy inside you now, and then invite something you want in and play with it till it births from you into the world you walk in.
You aren’t losing anything by letting go of the habits and thought patterns that held you busy while your life ran without your awareness…you are gaining the whole universe, it is all within you and you have the power, choice and vision to whip up any concoction you want, a sexy , fun mate, a stream of money while working from home, a group of like minded friends to play with…anything, just let go of the stuff that wants to leave, bless it, let it go and move in to the position we have all left vacant for too long, the captains chair!

Are you made of light or dark?

“You are separate from darkness, because it is the absence of something, it is a vacuum… Light, however, envelopes you, so you can be/are a part of it”

Do you know you are light? Energy is what makes up all tings in the universes, even thoughts consciousness and light. So you are literally light. And, well, the light always wins, you know, there really is no dark. There is only a blocking of, covering of light.

This is great news! Because all you have to do is allow yourself to shine, it is a passive, yet powerful “action”…really not an action at all. It is a :being”…being what you are, who you are, truly, is letting the energy that you are to flow to you, through you and from you...out to make the world you move in.

INSPIRED ACTION:

BE your true self, let your inner sun shine…

So really , it is simple, it is a releasing of trying, or working hard to become, to achieve, to gain approval, there is no need for any of that. Just BE…be who you are.

As you melt in to the loveliness of your energy, the soft strength of your beauty, the fluid nature of your beingness, you will float  in the light that is you. WHat is light, what does it feel like, what qualities does it have…well same as you:

Brightness, nurturing, bringing life, opening (eyes, minds, flowers, hearts), warmth, beauty, stimulation, creativity, happiness, joy, expansion, …and so much more…

You are the most brilliant being, and divine energy courses through you at all times, you chose to come here and shine, share and grow your light.  Nothing can stop you, well…only one thing can dampen your brilliance, cover your brightness, slow your flow…YOU.

Hmmm…it’s your decision to let your light shine and inspire and enjoy it, and you do this by choosing to feel good, love yourself, be in the moment, feel the sensations of the energy field that is you.

Feel that you are the source energy that flows through your form, and not your form. Feel the waterfall of amazing liquid light that is you pouring in through you, into the vortex of creativity that you are. As you do you will become aware…awaken to the beauty of you, of the moment, of the feelings.

You will be aware that you drive your body, and your thoughts, they do not drive you. It;s a choice, and it starts with a small step in to you…one moment at a time!
