Energy and money related?

Clearing, releasing, cleansing, opening to flow, letting go of attachments, unsticking blocks…all these are about energy.

This week we are discussing energy, that we are energy systems and that tuning in to our own vibration is the key to creating the reality we want. Since we are energy, when we take time to notice how we feel, in different moods, situations and places, we can then more easily shift how we feel, and the easily line up with what we want.

Let’s use money as an example, since I am teaching the Spirit of Money class, and am about to do the “Living the Spirit of Money: Enter the phase of integration” , (July 15th)  it is fascinating to see the financial changes that occur when people clear their stuck energies and tune in to the flow of money.

Wondering why energy and money would have anything to do with each other? Well Hale Dwoskin of the Sedona Method says ““Knowing how to release during financially challenging times is literally a lifesaver.” …or anytime, right!?

Energy that does not flow is fear, fear contracts, restricts, prevents, blocks, shuts down, denies and constricts…basically it cuts off flow. Flow is life, life force is spiritual energy that must flow in order to maintain or grow. We are always changing and fluctuating, and in order to make good choices about money, we have to have an openness, a joy, a feeling of friendliness in order to allow it to flow and to line up with it.

INSPIRED ACTION:
Sit and think about money. How does it make you feel? See and sense where you feel it, and allow your attention to it to be soft and neutral, then thank it and begin to see and feel a flow of light and energy enter your field Invite it to clear, cleanse and heal all “stuck”, unserving and out of sync energies you have in your field about money.

Begin to feel money is your ally and it is a stream of happy energy flowing all the time, tune in to it, invite it in to your field and feel good.

As you feel the energy begin to flow, the pains or stuck parts loosen, realize you will have clarity and insight, intuition and opportunity show up easily when you clear your negative energy  in regards to money,

Energy of self esteem: the core of living a life you love!

I know from personal experience how low self love, self worth, self esteem can be the biggest block to your abundant, joyful life! In fact, if you don’t get the energy of loving who you are lined up with what you truly want, very little will be able to get in to your life that you want. It is like an invisible fence that prevents you from seeing and receiving that which you desire most in all areas of life!

Are you Highly Sensitive?

I have a highly sensitive child..better as she gets older, ( she was sensitive to noise, tags and seams in her clothes…much more). I have always had allergies and am very sensitive to smells and things on my skin, chemicals etc. I also have focused on raising my vibration for so many years that I often blow out street lights with my energy! I also de-magnetize hotel keys and other cards and sometimes put electronics on the fritz.

Do you have these experiences?

I have clients that have these and much more, much worse sensitivities, sometimes very debilitating. I wanted to share something I told a client recently, and thought it may interest you and help. You do not have to have serious issues to use this idea, in fact it works well for any blockages you get.

Remember you are an energy system, your body is an energetic structure held together by sacred geometry, light and it’s all vibrating at different rate in order to create and maintain the structure that is you. Since it is all energy, when we are highly sensitive to anything, we have blocked energy, we are not tuned in to our own highest and best vibration (fear). We are out of sync so to speak.

Here is a suggestion to help:

high sensitivity  usually stems from being very tuned in as a child to spirit and not being around an environment that melds with it and supports that free connection and expression. So you close off your openness, then it creates blocks. knots, in your energy channels, that prevent free flow. I feel that seeing, feeling and meditating on “flow” helps. Allowing divine energy to flow freely to and thru you is empowering, energizing and cleansing. Concentrate on being a conduit that does not take on , but simply allows energy of any kind to flow thru you, easily and painlessly.
I would also clear the belief in what anyone ever told you …like you have a condition or disease, or you are “too sensitive” ( I heard this one constantly form my mom, it really makes you shut down and hide) anything ‘they’ told you you “have”. It is a label that has been given meaning which gives it power and life-force, and has no purpose to serve you in a positive way. Unfortunately the medical community does not understand that we are fluctuating, changing energy systems and so when they test us, they get inaccurate readings because it is only a snapshot of a moment in time, and may not be at all what we usually vibrate. In any case, releasing the belief that you have this condition will be a huge step in letting it go. Remember what you believe in you give power to, so shifting to some thought pattern like” I am an electro-magnetic being of light and energy that shifts and ebbs and flows. I am now a clear and open channel for just the right energies to move to me and through me and I only keep what supports my health and well being and all else slides easily from me, moving on to other venues”

Also spending a few minutes daily or as often as you can quietly tuning in to your body, noticing where you fel pain, heaviness, or any other unpleasant sensation, then allowing your attentions to it be like a laser, clearing it away and watch or feel it fade away. Tuning in to how your body feels, is an excellent start to tuning in to your vibrationa nd learnign how it fels and being able to alter it with ease.

Can you make things transparent?

Want to rid yourself, your emotions, your energy field and your life of unwanted experiences, situations, people? Well, you know you can’t try to resist them…it gives it more power, and you know you can’t fight against it, because anytime war is declared on something , it gives it energy and power and it gets bigger!

So how do you let go, release, remove what you do not want from your life experience without creating more of it and suffering more?  Let it become Transparent!

Allowing what you do not want, what does not serve you to become invisible, or  Transparent to you, involves no resistance, no pushing or fighting against! It softly allows you to switch your focus as well as allowing that energy/person, emotions…whatever, to move away in grace and with ease.

INSPIRED ACTION:

Release attachment to that which you do not want, and allow it to become transparent to you!

If things that disturb or upset you, have an emotional charge for you, or in any way create/attract, cause you to focus on what you do not desire in your life are bringing you results you do not want, decide now to take back the power you gave them.

You do this by changing your belief, choosing a new thought, adjusting your feelings about the subject, and do not give it power with negative emotions.

Let it literally FADE AWAY..into the background of your life, give it no attention, no focus, no energy, and definitely no emotions…and it will begin to fade into nothingness, become transparent to you!

In this way you are not struggling, fighting, adding to it;s power, you are simply “letting go”, allowing it to disappear in your reality.

Remember you are the creator of your reality and as such, you get to choose what you focus on, tune in to and give energy to. If something has no energy or attention, it fades and “dies”…don’t feed what you do not want, and you will be free to give your energy to what you do want, while all else simply floats away in a  non resistant cloud!

Now tune in to the concept of letting it become transparent to you.

I have spent a wonderful 3 days with amazing, generous, loving and open people, exploring our connection to source and playing with receiving information direct from source, our inner voice…whatever you call it

It has been such a wondrous energy , so many heart openings, so much mind and energy field expansions, it is how I would love to live every day!

You can find your own truth, you can always be in touch with the voice within you, divine intelligence, source energy…. this is how life is meant to be lived! Tuning in to the energy of yourself, other people and things and the universe is the way to flow with the stream of life. Knowing YOUR TRUTH, is vital. Not  what others think is right for you, but your own personal truth .

In our spirit of money class, we first teach how to test yourself for your own truth. It is called “truth testing methods” we teach 4, and there are more.

The best is knowing who you are, what you want and feeling your way along to the right places, people and actions. Tune in to your own vibration and follow what feels good!
