Being in the now is more powerful than you think

I have had a shift lately. I have known about ‘being in the now’ for years, I have experienced it many times and even for long periods. However, I am focusing so intensely on making my life what I want that I have shifted to a new level of understanding.

It is amazing, truly being who you are, staying in a space of now. When you do this, your mind does not wander. You think of nothing else but where you are. Being totally in the moment you enjoy it more, savor it more, notice more. It is an experience few people have. I notice that so many of us are always tapped into headphones, cell phones, TV, computers…it’s almost as if we feel we have to be constantly entertained or doing something.

Being in the now, which Eckart Tolle and oprah are talking about in their new online web class called “a new earth web event” , is something we have heard for years. It has been taught by the ancients and it is not new information. However, when you access a new level of actually doing it…WOW!

INSPIRED ACTION:

1. Try it for at least a few minutes a day. One thing I did in the beginning of trying this was eating in silence and chewing each bite slowly and for a long time. I tuned out everything (so it’s good to do alone) and focused solely on the taste and textures in my mouth. You will be amazed at how intense the flavors actually are…it is so multi-dimensional, so many flavors and sensations. It can almost be too much at some point. Imagine if focusing solely on what you are eating for a moment is this mutlifaceted and filled with sensation, what it would be like if you did this with other areas of life.

2. Why not take a few moments throughout your day and stop every other thought, and isolate your focus on what you are doing. Direct your thoughts to what you are doing (of course pick something you like!)  and immerse yourself into the experience, the felings, the smalls, the tastes. Feel the textures on your body or tongue, feel how whatever you are doing feels in your body, where, what and the go deeper into the sensations. You can take an OK experience, or even something really pleasant, and increase the sensation to new heights by simply giving it your total focus!

I would love to hear your experiences, what sensations you had and what new levels you took them too. Imagine now how wondrous, exciting, flavorful and rich life can be with focusing in the now, and letting go of self talk. Not worrying about what others are thinking or doing, not giving attention to things in your past or future, just being here now . Giving something all your attention brings you into a beautiful space where there is peace, happiness and total enjoyment of what you are doing. It lets all your energy collapse into that moment and empowers it with more life force. It actually gives you more power to create what you want and more appreciation of what you have.

Stop multi tasking and be in the now…and enjoy the complete and thrilling adventure of what you have already created!

Keep moving forward, no matter what! Are you being your full potential?

I just watched a kids type movie again, it came out last year and I was moved by it then (see my previous blog). It’s called “Meet the Robinson’s”.

It’s all about a kid who is an orphan and no one wants. He is very individual and creative, no one gets him. He finds the perfect family for him though, and the power in that is, they love you to be you. They honor trying and failing and being totally you, not like them or anyone else.

I wish the world was like this. I wish my life had been like this. Imagine being around people who love and honor you being who you are and celebrating it. Imagine what your life would be like if you only treated yourself like that! If you honored your individuality and your beauty and creativity. If you believed in yourself and never doubted. If you proceeded forward as if you had the support and love you desired to be fully yourself.

Well some people get that, and some don’t . But you do not have to wait for it in order to live it. You can believe in yourself and you can decide to support yourself to be anything you want to be, regardless of what anyone else does or says. In fact, that is what you came here to do. To be yourself and your full potential. You most likely do not even know what that is. Most of us have never been in an environment where we were loved unconditionally and supported to fulfill our deepest dreams and cultivate our most amazing potential.

Weel, here is my advice, and what I am doing, create that environment yourself. Love yourself unconditionally, attract others that see it and support it in you, surround yourself with positive loving people and circumstances and go for it! Light The Way For Your Kids With The Law of Attraction

My twin 11 year old girls are master manifestors! I showed them the movie the secret’ and ‘what the bleep do we know” many many times, and they listen to Abraham Hicks when they go to sleep. Within one month of Emily seeing “The secret” she manifested a game she wanted that was over $100! She saw the scene where the boy wants the bike and keeps thinking about it. She asked me questions like “if I think about it all the time I will get it?”. As long as you are happy about it and excited and believe that it is coming to you, I relied. She was so sweet, one day she came home from school and was upset. She told me “mom, I can’t think about it when I am in school all day and so I will never get it!”. I explained it was not necessary to think of it every minute. I was amazed when she told me she had received it, as she had planned on 3-4 months to save the money, b ut other opportunities for making $ popped up and she did it in less then a month!
I am most interested in how much I have changed in how I am with them the more I integrate the law of attraction myself. I was a mom that very much wanted to make everything happy all the time. I wanted to protect them from any pain or hurt. Now I look at them as masters of light and powerful beings creating their own reality just like any adult. It is a lot of fun because I am still here for them, but I am more relaxed and get to watch them blossom within themselves and become masters of their emotions. I think they have actually become more in control of their minds and emotions because I am not trying to fix things anymore.
I am writing a book abut how to master la of attraction and watching kids get to master it at such a young age fills my heart with joy! Imagine what a wonderful world we would have, full of self empowered people if all kids were told of who they really are and how the world really works. I highly recommend empowering any children around you, it is how to truly change the world and create your reality, now!

How do I make money now? How do I allow my abundant cashflow into my world now?

What does everyone want? Well, the truth is happiness. Everything everyone wants is ultimately because they think it will bring them happiness, joy, fulfillment, contentment. When you layer away anything that we want, it all comes down to the fact that we believe that by having that ‘whatever’ (love, money, health, joy) will bring us peace and happiness.

This is what I usually write about. Today, however, so let’s explore the practical side of one of the top issues everyone has or has had in their life.

MONEY.

Money is energy, just like everything else from our bodies to the trees to the table you eat at. We attach so much meaning to money. We have watched so many battles fought over money, relationships dissolve and form over money, and health decline over money. It is amazing what power we have given money. An energetic concept that makes out 3-D world go round.

Money isn’t bad or good, it just is. I want to find the exact things that allow money into our lives. What will dissolve money issues, fears and beliefs. What will empower us to have the exact thoughts, feelings and actions that takes law of attraction and directs it to allow a flow of money into our lives, hands and bank accounts, right now. So many great books have been written going way back that explore what people who have mastered creating, receiving, keeping and growing money vs those that suffer without. ‘Think and Grow Rich’, ‘Rich Dad , Poor Dad’, ‘The Cashflow Quadrant’, ‘Secrets of the Millionaire Mind’…and many more. But how many have given you the results you want?

Let’s explore this together, leave your comments here and share what you do that has tuned you into the energy of money. What have you done, thought, changed and believed that has opened your doors to all the cashflow, wealth, riches you have asked for. How do you empower your inner money magnet?

Everyone has wished, hoped, asked and strongly desired money. The reasons may vary, but the core desire is the same. If we live in a limitless and abundant universe and we do, just read some quantum physics or watch “what the bleep, down the rabbit hole”, then there is more than enough for everyone. It is scientifically proven. So let’s believe in the limitless abundance and start to isolate the exact things that opens people to living their financial freedom today.

So here’s one thing I do, I listen to the Unleash Your Limitless Potential Series “Limitless Prosperity” . I mostly listen to the ’sleep n achieve’ audio, because I can put it on when I go to bed and I drift off to sleep with positive prosperity programming going into my relaxed and open mind. I also like the ‘Repeat n Achieve’ audio as I consciously hear and repeat the prosperity phrases and it feels empowering to feel comfortable to say “I believe cash flows to me” and other expansive phrases. Below are some questions I have constructed to begin to allow our minds to ask, and seek what we want in the realm of money. Asking is the first ingredient in manifesting what we desire. “The quality of your questions determines the quality of your life” says Tony Robbins. If you ask, the universe/God always answers. So if you are asking “how do I?” questions, the answers will begin to appear. So use these over and over and determine to see the answers. Everything we want is all around us, let’s begin to let it in and show others how to as well. Let’s create a prosperous world in every sense and begin to enjoy life!

What do I need to do, say, think, be to allow in the millions $ of dollars $ I have put into energetic asset portfolio (vibrational escrow)?

master of law of attraction

I am writing a new book, not sure of the title yet, perhaps master law of attraction, or master of law of attraction…but it has become so much more. I am writing it with a friend, mastermind partner and  business associate. It has been an inspiring and fun experience so far.

See, we are both very intent on creating our own realities. We study, meditate, read, write, listen and anything else, in order to really understand the way the world works. She coaches and writes on law of attraction, master success mindset and turning your passion into profits.  I have studied and taught meditation, hypnosis, EFT and lots of healing. We help each other, we share our insights and we inspire and lift each other up towards success in all areas and true freedom; joy.

We want results, now. We want to leave behind the doubt and limits we were raised with. We want to remove the concepts of working hard, never being good enough and enjoy life to the fullest.

We want practical applications of law of attraction and quick, tangible results.

You know my focus is fun, ease and results. I want simple, easy to do, fun and effective ways to create the life you want.

We are taking that focus and mixing in laws of the universe, spiritual truths and scientific paradigms/truths to make the most effective program you have ever experienced. It is exciting, fun and very mind blowing. Below is a simple beginning thought pattern/affirmaation I want to share with you.

Step one is to find your true self and beleive you are the master of your life. YOU do create your own reality, and doing it with intention starts with you beleiving that you can direct it to what you want it to be.

Write this down, say it to yourself in the mirror, the car, when you are falling asleep, anytime. Add the feelings that you would feel if you really knew it were true, if you chose to adopt it to be a belief. Then watch for what you want and see your confidence and abilities start to soar.
