Playing with possibilities… play full out

“Playing with possibilities is a great way to attract a new reality” my friend and mentor Joe Vitale wrote in his blog (he is looking to buy a mansion he looked at a year ago…). I agree whole heartedly!

Imagination is the key to seeing the possibilities that are out there. You have to think of what you want, how you want it and what it would feel like to have it. If we all tapped in to our imaginations the way that kids naturally do, we would all be alot happier. More of us would be living the lives we had always hoped for.

I like to play, in many ways, and i love to play with possibilities! The positive “What if…’ game (see my previous blog on playing the what if game). Playing with possibilities is about opening your heart and mind, expanding your thinking and realizing all the possibilities that are out there and available for you to choose from.

I had a life and business coach once that always said “Play full out”. I love that term and the image and feeling it brings up. I love to imagine myself playing full out, in life, love, and all the things I adore. If you want a life of purpose, if you want to find your new direction, if you want a new house, body or  love, you want to play with possibilites and play full out!

INSPIRED ACTION: Use your imagination more often, start to fine tune your visualizing skills, let go of any mental, emotional or spiritual limits you have imposed on yourself and let your mind wander. Let yourself think of doing things just outside your comfort zone and even a bit wild. Let go of fears little by little in this mental auditorium, and then stretch those muscles in the world you live in.

Pick one thing you really want and take 5 minutes to sit and relax and think about it. See it in as much detail as you can and then start to take it further, fill in the details and extend it like a movie. You will be amazed at what happens. Let me know what does, i lvoe to hear the stories!

By playing with possibilities in all areas of your life you will attract what you want faster and the more specific you make the vision, the more you get what you want.

Like my coach said “if you decide it’s worth doing, then it’s only worth doing by playing full out”. Go for the fullness of life! Imagine the possibilities!

celebrate love, love lifts us up, all you need is love, above all is love, true love, happy anniversary, law of attraction love

Today I celebrate the love of my life. We have been together 2 years. It has been an experience of such depth, sincerity, beauty and expansion. There are no words for the scope of my love for this man. There is no way to convey they way i feel, what his love has done for me and how beautiful, free, joyful, inspiring and unconditional and romantic life is with him.

I have been loved before, I have been in love before, and I never , ever knew that love could be like this.

This love is free; it makes me feel free, he gives it freely, we feel free together.

This love is true: there are no strings attached, no trying to change me, control me or requirements i have to fulfill in order to receive or be worthy of his love. He loves me truly and he feels love and it is his truth.

This love is unconditional: he loves me for me, not what he hopes i will be, wants me to be, thinks i will become or expects me to do.

This love is all encompassing; it infuses all areas of my life, me, us and the life we are co-creating.

This love is romantic: he gives kisses, hugs, love, touches and receives them equally as abundantly and graciously.

This love is inspiring; he inspires me to be all i desire to be, to be more than i ever dreamed and to continue to expand, grow and makes my dreams come true.

This love is joyful: every day with him is filled with joy, He is always happy, always loving, always looking for best in everything, always wanting to feel good and he knows what is truly important.

This love is expressed; he tells me in 100’s of ways how much he loves, admires and appreciates me, he shows me daily, he kisses, touches, hugs, gives, asks what i need, want and what he can do, no matter what the situation.

This love is soulful; he looks deep into my eyes and our souls intermingles, our energies blend and expand and lift each other up.

I could go on and on….I want to honor him by sharing with you how exceptional he and his love is, and by saying I know this is possible for everyone. I want everyone to know that no matter what you think or feel right now, you can have the love, the joy, the support, the acceptance, the romance, the thrill, the peace, the unconditional energy that you truly desire. It is out there.

Here is my “Inspired Action” tip: be what you want to attract. If you want someone fun, be fun, if you want someone romantic, be romantic, if you want an amazing, attentive lover, be one. Be an excellent receiver, feel and know you deserve unconditional love. Allow it into your life and only give because you want to. Don’t judge yourself or them. See, feel, ask and allow every aspect of love to saturate you. Dream of it and expect it. Feel for it…I could feel his energy for months before we met. Let go of any feelings of lack and expect the love of your life to show up. Look for love. Be open and communicate clearly and daily. See only beauty in others. See only beauty in yourself. Choose to think the most generous explanation for everything they do.

Know you attract what you want, know you create your reality, Create the love of your dreams. Choose to install the belief from the movie “Moulin Rouge” and feel the power of believing with all of your being that “Above all is Love”. Keep the faith.

My beloved has started a charity website called AboveAllisLove.org He beleives this in he heart. He is selling bracelets that say “Above all is love” and the money will go to a charity. Buy some and spread the word and let love flood into your life.

Do You Have Counter Intentions? Get Ho oponopono!

Last year I was at a seminar called “Zero Limits”…great title, huh? It was put on by Joe Vitale. His new book “Zero Limits”, is about how you can clear yourself of all that keeps you from being in a ‘zero state’. Based on the ancient Hawaiian art called Ho oponopono.

A ‘zero state’ is when you are connected with source/divine/universe and receiving pure inspiration. You release memories and thus allow openings for inspired thought. Basically you repeat things like “Thank You , I love you, I’m sorry, Please forgive me…” to yourself on an ongoing basis.

At first I was not OK with the “I’m sorry” part. I believe in what you say has power and that is affirming you are a ’sorry’ person. However, when I learned from Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len (Hawaiin Shaman who healed mentally ill patients with this technique, and never even saw them in person) that you are saying these things to yourself, …whew… I got goosebumps…what power I realized this simple concept had.

Something else that was mentioned was something called “counter intentions”. If we do indeed have such things as counter intentions; unconscious beliefs and thoughts that run counter to what we actually want… if we are unaware of them, then how come they have power and how do we get rid of them?

I have pondered this idea for a couple months and I admit I did not like hearing it at first. I thought, “man, I have worked so hard to stop negative thoughts and watch what I say and intention what I want! The thought there may be something blocking me from receiving what I want… and I don’t even know it’s there, and I am creating it, was, frankly pissing me off.

I have had some big challenges in my life the last year and they are still there a bit. I thought why and how did I attract this into my life? What is the opportunity in this? What do I believe that would create this? I have come to realize things like guilt and blame and any feeling or emotion that is not positive, making you feel good and raising your vibration, is essentially a counter intention. It is like taking 3 steps forward and 2 back.

This includes what you feel about yourself, not just others.By not being myself, my putting others opinions ahead of my own , everytime I doubted myself… counter intention. Each time I stopped myself from following my bliss, everytime I played small to make others feel comfortable, I was giving power to a kind of counter intention. It was giving me the yo yo affect and made progress toward what I wanted slow.

Abraham Hicks says you only need to follow what feels good, that is your guide to getting what you want. That tends to go against the way I was raised and what I was told. So it sounds too good to be true? Why can’t the truth be good? When did we come up with the idea we have to suffer?  Life is a buffet and we experience, then choose what we like. But instead of making it personal and complaining and worrying and attracting more of what we do not want into our lives; what if we instead thought about and did only what made us happy? Hard to imagine? I thought so too, but focusing on  what is fun to us, being committed to yourself that you just feel good, really works.

It is so important to realize you are creating your reality by both conscious and unconscious thought patterns; if you clean up the unsupportive and often un-conscious beliefs you will see more of the results you want, faster. The three main ways I find effective to do that are:

1. Ho oponopono: start using these phrases and you will get to the point that you do them automatically, even in your sleep. They bless, release, clear, cleanse and open you to divine inspiration and inner guidance.
2. Subconscious reprogramming: hypnosis and meditation that releases the unsupportive beliefs and replaces them with empowering ones, like the “Unleash Your Limitless Potential” series of audios.

3. Love and respect yourself enough to be committed to feeling good and letting go of what anyone else thinks. Simple and powerful.

You get what you think and feel, and sometimes you do not realize that you have beliefs that do not support what you consciously know you want. So you always get what you are feeling/thinking…even if you think “I don’t want anymore of this in my life”. That actually attracts it into your life.

Joe Vitale says “Clear up that area and you’ll be fast-tracking to outrageous success and spiritual fulfillment.”

i am so full of energy and focus…

Do you have moments when you feel doubt, pain, fear?

Of course, we all do…

Do you have times when you allow people around you to hurt you, affect you, doubt yourself?

Of course, we all do…

I have been going through a very challenging divorce and massive changes because of it. I have had people I loved do cruel, hateful things and I have allowed their words, actions and energy to hurt me, emotionally, physically (stress illness) and mentally…

They key to my thriving (not survival)…is that I know I am the one that allows anyone else to have the power to hurt me. No one else can do it. I have the choice to feel food or bad, hurt or indifferent…only me.

It doesn’t make it always easy, but it does make me stronger. It does give me strength and power when it appears to others I should be crumbling. It does get me through the dark nights and the self doubt. It keeps me focused on the vision of what I want, and it is happening!

Here are some things that help me to release my belief’s about other people’s opinions, judgments and actions. They give me the ability to feel full of energy, focus and power, instead of pain, depression and self criticism.

~ I meditate and see the life, body, friends, money, life I want.

~ I appreciate the people who do lift me up, believe in me and support me. I accept their compliments ( “I really like the path you are going down with these videos, very exciting”… and allow them to assist me (ASK) when I am struggling.

~ I follow my inspiration and create (Like the new 2 minute meditation videos “Meditation Moment”) (Comment: ” I like it I think you are onto something with this :-).”)

~ I share how I feel with mastermind partners, loved ones who empower me, and not people who criticize, judge, doubt and pul me down. Choose the people around you carefully!!

~ I make being happy, feeling good and loving myself top priority

~ I always look for, and believe there is, a GOOD reason for everything that happens. I look for the gift and I use it to expand who I am and move towards the life I desire. I turn problems into opportunities (see my blog on that)

Here is part of an email I sent to a friend and mastermind partner about how all the change, challenge and pain I have experienced in the last year and a half  has helped me push through to a new level of self realization…I wish the same for you!

“…I am thrilled with all the things I am doing, I am so full of energy and focus, i am amazed, it has been years since i felt this good in that area, and I am not even close to being full steam, but the difference is amazing, that I have been pushed over a new boundary and I feel completely safe, comfortable, confident, happy saying my opinion, without being mad, just fact, but direct, like I have never done, at least not without worrying about it.
It has pushed my mind open to another level, i have expanded my thinking and my vision of what I can do, what is possible, what I believe myself able to do.
I am living doing what I want, making my own feelings important with no guilt. Again, in this way I have MORE to give to the other person.

If you say “I am giving this because i want to , because i love this person, because I love unconditionally, I will not judge or criticize what they want, I will just help them when i can expecting nothing in return”… TO me , that is the way to give, and the only way to give and receive and go with the flow. I am giving like that to others now, and to myself!
So I feel like I am free in a new way, like a tingling vibration all thru my body that is excited and scared at the same time, anticipating and nervous, it is way cool like… jumping off a cliff, out of a plane or anything that makes your whole body go tingly and weird!
I have a focus and belief I have not felt in years. I can think longer, follow thru easier and do more. Today while doing many other things. I wrote 3 new scripts, we edited them tonite and recorded 2 versions of them already! They are on health, perfect weight and vitality. Wonderful!
Life is fantastic, the Abraham Hicks I listened to today was perfect, of course. About how you do not owe it to anyone, group or individual , to come into sync with their vibration!. You have to align with you. So when you do, all the doors open, I think. Your energetic stash is right there, just waiting for you to feel you deserve it.  It is everything I have planted with passion and intent..it is appearing now before my eyes!

“Everything I Want the World to Be is Now Coming True Especially for Me”

WOW! Is that the best statement ever for creating your own reality or what??!

We should all be saying this daily…even if you feel it isn’t true at the moment, the power in that statement will begin to turn your feelings, thoughts and what you see around you, until it IS true!

Remember the musical group “The Carpenters”? That is from their song “Top of the World”….the words are so uplifting and powerful! I just heard it again after many years. Back then I had no awareness that I create my own reality. No idea I could intend to live a certain way, feel what I want, expect my dreams to come true. Although…I did feel that way as a kid, full of hope, happiness and excitement. Full of belief that the future and the world held adventures and fun people, for me.

I highly recommend to start feeling like that again. Full of possibility, promise... no doubt, no “but what if it doesn’t happen…”

Try this:

Write this phrase down and carry it with you, look at it a few times a day. Each time you say it (out loud when you can, in your head as often as possible) close your eyes and FEEL it, let it go through you and choose to believe it…suspend your disbelief for a moment and let in the feelings of what it would be like if you knew this were true for you right now!!!

Here is why this will work so well for you in many ways:

1. You are affirming in the present tense what you want

2. You are saying “Now”, which, again is powerfully intending it to be true now, not in the future, which never comes. (Now is all that truly exists)

3. You are stating “I”; this is key, you must honor YOUR desires and want them freely, no guilt or worry of “selfishness”. So by saying “everything I want the world to be…” is key, because you create your world (no one elses). You create it with your thoughts and feelings, so here you are affirming your wants are coming true…not what others want.

4. Saying “everything”, covers all areas of your life, so your health, your desired love relationship, your wealth…anything you have decided you want is included here! Keep that intention in your thoughts while doing this. You CAN have it all!

5. Saying “especially for me” is powerful for several reasons: we are taught not to be self centered as kids and most adults have this program inside them. We are constantly reminded to think of others first and when this happens to excess, we forget how special we are. We are meant to have what we want, everyone is. However, if we do not feel we are special and deserve it, we can’t let it into our lives, even if it is sitting at the front door. Feel how special you are, and know this IS happening especially for you, and no one else. Feel good about it, and appreciate it!

6. Finally saying “I want” is important. I know I used to have an issue saying this phrase, I used other things instead. There are many theories on whether you should say “I prefer” or “I desire” or ” I want”…actually it makes no difference at all. Only in what it means to you. I choose “I want” for a few reasons; it reminds me of being a kid and it feels more fun and pure of an intention. It is clear and definite. Find what works for you, but I encourage you to be open to saying what you “want” and feeling good about it.

So with this one statement you are attracting what you want, and allowing what you want into your experience.

Once you begin to tap into the feeling of this statement; the joy and excitement, the anticipation and expectation, you can be in it and observe those around you.I was gazing at my beloved and felt an overwhelming wave of love flood over me.

Louise Hay & “The Secret” & law of attraction were on Oprah again!

(I wrote this blog to post the other day, but somehow it did not post…I wanted to still post it to talk about it a bit, so please comment if you saw the show or have thoughts about Law of Attraction going mainstream!…)

I just wanted you to know that Author, Louise Hay was featured on Oprah this week. The show was on the law of attraction AGAIN, including the movie “The Secret”, once again.

I love that this is getting such mainstream attention! It is good for everything and everyone when positive, empowering knowledge and tools become widespread. My favorite thing is when ways to create your life, uplift yourself and others come into popular light. The more we all know this, the more fun we can have co creating. When everyone realizes, believes and acts from knowing they are the only power in their lives and they can have what they want and it has nothing to do with anyone else…we can all have fun enjoying our creations and being happy!

If you haven’t seen “The Secret”…which is all about the law of attraction, get it now! I have seen it over 50 times. I even have shown it to my kids several times. There is also a book.

They got it too, they saw the part about the boy who wants a bike and what he does to get it, and they really took it to heart. They manifest many amazing things on a regular basis!

As I mention in my last blog on Louise Hay’s book, “You Can Heal Your Life”, helped save mine. She’s a wonderful, loving woman who has changed so many lives!

I also recommend as top notch teachings; Abraham Hicks. Esther and Jerry Hicks are amazing and the teaching of Abraham are the most uplifting, positive, simple and to the point on the law of attraction I have ever seen! Their book “Ask and it is Given” is five star and I get their bi monthly audios which are excellent.

Follow every rainbow till you find your dream…

I watched the movie “The Sound of Music” tonight with my family. I watched the movie many times growing up and remembered all the songs.

I was amazed, however, at the positive messages that were all throughout the film. Below I have listed the messages (some are lyrics from songs, some characters strengths and such), I saw in the movie that relate to the concept of being positive, thinking of what you want and creating your reality. Enjoy!
