My wish for you 2008

I shared my wishes for everyone with my subscribers, and I got such wonderful feedback (like sample below) that I decided to share it with everyone! Enjoy, and party!

My life is perfect and I am excited to add….

I created a phrase that I have found to be very powerful in continuing to create my reality intentionally. I am always looking for ways to increase my alignement with my desires. Seeing, expecting and receiving  what I want in my life is an ongoing, daily process. I look for ways to feel like I already have what I want, as that feeling is the energetic match to what I want, and like attracts like! Law of attraction maximization!

“My life is perfect and I am excited to add __________________”

This is a powerful phrase that will both show the appreciation and recognition you have (or want to have!) for what you already have and are living. This saying also puts you in a wonderful vibration because you are allowing room that although you love your life now, you always want to be adding more of what you now realize you want. You are alwasy changing and fine tuning your desires. This keeps an open energy to allow in what you want, as well as powerfully charges your energetic magnet to keep attracting the good that is in your life and bring you more of it.

Remember, by saying your life is perfect is powerful. It does not mean you do not want more or different things. It does not mean you are lying because you prefer some things to be different. It acknowledges you have created what you now have, and shows gratitude for what you have. This always adds to your personal power of attraction. I am seeing more perfection in my life daily as I say this also, because I am telling myself that my life is perfect, so i automatically look for what is perfect.

Try it! You will feel good when you get used to declaring the perfection of your creations and you let go of “trying” to be perfect. You will attract more things you feel are perfect and you open your energy field to adding more of what you want to your life.

There are no walls between us now….

One Mind, One Heart, One Soul

Music expands me, raises my vibration. Lyrics move and inspire me. I feel so good. What a great way to feel joyful and create your reality! You can change your mood and uplift yourself with music. You can inspire new ideas and help see your dream life in more detail and color. I had lost touch with it until I met my beloved, he has over 700 CD’s. He loves almost every genre of music. He enjoys and appreciates it so much, it is contagious.

I spent the day walking, dancing and singing on the beach. I had it all to myself for almost 5 hours. I walked in the waves and chanted, sang mantra’s, listened to inspiring and uplifting music. I watched the waves, I thought about what I want my life to be like this coming year. I watched the clams roll with the waves back and forth and then “squirt” back into the sand. I created visions of my ideal life in my mind. I fed the birds. I blessed myself and my loved ones with love, peace and light. I stood in silent communion with a giant heron, 10 feet away. I felt at one with the universe. It was a perfect day.

It was pure pleasure, and I did my most important “job”. Create my life intentionally by feeling joy and asking for what I want. Seeing it in my mind, feeling it and being appreciative it is coming my way.

Here is some of music and mantra’s I love to listen to to create: Anything by Omashar. My favorite songs are “One heart, one mind, one Soul”, “I give my love”, “Precious One” Check out his website Omashar.com or look for some of his music on Itunes.

I also love the mantra’s he did for The Gaiadon Heart. You can get ‘The Heart Sutra’, ‘The Lotus Sutra’, ‘Gaiatryi’, and ‘Om Mani Padme Aum’ to sang to music and also a track of just the instrumental. It is like being in a movie, it is so uplifting!

I also love Joseph Michael Levry, also known by his spiritual name Gurunam, . Producer and performer of the ‘Healing Beyond Medicine Series of recordings and Rootlight Sacred Music Cd series. “These are created during the most positive and healing phase of the moon to magnify the beneficial impact upon the listener… they are created in accord with the natural and healing laws of the universe”.

His chants and mantra’s to music come with translations and are very powerful, protective, healing . I play them and sing them for my children when they go to sleep. Make sure you listen to the “Ong Pray of Light”, It is stunning.

Change your Beliefs

I wrote a blog the other yesterday and it had an awesome quote from Napoleon Hill, the amazing author of “Think and Grow Rich” (which I highly recommend, you can even get it on tape or Cd to listen to it…over and over is a good programming). He is positive and teaches you that your thoughts are what creates your life. All you think and believe comes true, whether you like it or not. Check out how to “Cherish your visions and your dreams, as they are the children of
your soul, the blueprints of your ultimate achievements.

So it’s time to change your beliefs. Since a belief is only a thought you repeat so many times it becomes a habit, a grooved pathway in your brain, you can change it! Your mind will go to that thought more easily than another, because it is like a well worn path. It provides ease and a “path of least resistance” for your mind to go to. So in order to create the world you want to live in, literally, you need to see what you believe and does it support your real desires. you want to only have thoughts and beliefs that support and empower your personal desires, your choices, your wants. This has nothing to do with anyone else, so get the guilt out now. You are allowed and indeed, must , think of yourself first and foremost. If you do not, you cannot be a powerful, happy and effective person in what you do.

Want to give to others? Give to yourself first!! Give to yourself by changing your beliefs and thoughts, change the words you use, and what you say. Do not complain any more (go to acomplaintfreeworld.org and order some wrist bands. Whenever you complain, move the band to the other arm. Soon you will no longer complain! Buy lots and give them away. I do! every time someone asks me about it, I give them mine.)

Graffiti? A way to your desires?

Do you put up written affirmations or goals where you can see them? It is powerful. I have put up typed sayings and goals on my mirror, I have printed powerful statements of limitless potential onto bright colored paper and taped them up all over my bedroom. Once I had over 43 of these ’signs” in my room. That does not include my bathroom! My beloved prints banners and hangs them in his office along the walls. I have also taken business cards, turned them over and written one or 2 words on them that are empowering and uplifting and taped them everywhere from phones to car rear view mirrors…there are so many many ways you can boost your manifesting and your power mind programming with visual cues. There will be many more, with great stories of the awesome results in the upcoming “Create Your Own Reality Now” course!

My newest favorite way is is writing or “graffiting” on my windows!! It is a blast! I found these “washable window markers” in the art and craft section or stationary section of stores. They come thin or wide (I like the Crayola Window Mega Markers” they have a fat tip and shows up best). You can write all over windows and mirrors and wipe it off at any time! My kids love it too. They can have fun, decorate, write what they want and like and then wipe it off and it looks like nothing was there!

I write notes to my loved ones on their bathroom mirrors, I write statements and power words on my own windows and mirrors…it is fun because it is not permanent, and you can change it easily.

Here are a few samples of what I have on my huge glass sliding doors that look over the beach right now. (See I am at the beach for most of December, it is a dream I have had for years and I made it happen! More on that another time…). “LOVE”… “HAPPY DAY!”…”I Allow my desires in…now! with ease and grace”.

And my favorite one right now, because I see it and behind it is the beach view which I love; “THIS IS MY LIFE!” (Both an affirmation and a statement of of confirmation and gratitude)…wow, so powerful!

There are endless possibilities, you could even write on your TV or your car windows! Be creative, enjoy, have fun with it and empower your creative process. Graffiti your desires into reality now!

Would you send yourself a Birthday card?

It’s my birthday and I decided to send myself a card!

I had a wonderful party planned and created by my beloved. I got lots of beautiful presents and cards. I had kind and loving people around me and who blessed me with their appreciation of me.

I am happy happy happy….

…and I decided we should celebrate ourselves as well! We benefit when we are happy and love ourselves. so why do anything less than what others do for us or vice versa?

Send yourself a card, take yourself out to eat, buy yourself a present, treat yourself to a get away with just you. Reflect on your own beauty and worthiness. Shower yourself with love and appreciation. you deserve it.

You will be so delighted when you receive the card in the mail! You will forget and then it will arrive and you will feel great. And why not do it for other occasions as well? Appreciate yourself and you will see more to appreciate in yourself and you will attract people who also appreciate you!

How to do what you love

I received this email from someone who saw my show on the Manifest Station “Create Your Own Reality Now”.

I thought I would share it and my response, because it includes some great resources as well as ideas on how to start to do what you love, even if you have no idea how to begin.

Email recieved: “I have an idea for a reality show and I wanted to know can I get started. Im
a 27 year African American female. Im from Newark New Jersey, but I currently
reside …… I think my idea is quite interesting, but I don’t kow
where to begin. I don’t have any film or television experience, but Ive always
had a passion for it. Im a psychology major and I feel television shows are a
form of healing to its viewers. I want to help by showing the world that in
reality we all make mistakes….lol”

My response:

“HI
Thanks for your email.
I agree, video /pictures can be powerful and healing. Here are some ideas and resources I recommend:

You can learn how to make videos on this website: thevideoqueen.com
She is awesome! This is how I learned to use my camera, set up lighting etc from her.

Get your idea into a written form and create a website to start to attract people and resources. Go to the great people at Who Defines You, they can create you an awesomewebsite with everything you need: whodefinesyou.com , ask for Chris and tell him I sent you.

Ask people around you for what you want and see what shows up.
Write your ideas down, start to make the videos or whatever you want to make in any way you know how…now.

Meditate on what you want to have happen, how it will feel for you, who you will meet.
Add as many details as you can without limiting yourself. Be open to all possibilities.

Visualize it daily. Make a vision board. Get or borrow a great video camera and practice filming all the time.

Believe you can do it, and keep following your passion. Rhonda (who made the movie “The Secret”) held her vision of
what she wanted to share with the world so powerfully, joyfully and consistently, she got fantastic results. All kinds of people and resources and
opportunities lined up for her, because she used the law of attraction to attract what she needed and she never gave up.

We can all do that, it is about believing, expecting, focusing on what you want and feeling good about it.

Stay away from negative people who tell you you can’t do it, or it will be hard. Even if they are close to you, it is
very important to surround yourself with uplifting people who support you and your dreams.

Form or join a mastermind group .
(get “Meet and Grow Rich” by Joe Vitale and Bill Hibbler. Meet or talk at least weekly so you can brainstorm and stay motivated.

Do now, what you want, in any way, to get the energy and focus moving. Look for things in your life and to show up that
will lead you to where you want to be.

Commit to see what you want and actively look for it.
The best way to attract what you want is to do it at any level now.

Join Spiritual Cinema Circle, spiritualcinemacirlce.com …it’s a wonderful place to see and enjoy a lot of creative uplifting
movies, many of which are short films as short as 3 minutes. This will inspire you and give you ideas and an outlet for your creations.
Go to film festivals, look up film making classes or online resources. Network. Keep your vision alive., Go for it!

Now that I have been through some deep challenges , I see that staying in a state of joy is even more important than I knew. It created a climate for my life that was one of positive energy which attracted other people and situations that were also positive and joyful. It is now my number one priority every day…FEEL JOY.
