Looking for What you Want part 2

The other day I talked about how I now “Look” each day to see what I want. Intending to see the good positive things I want in my life and the indications that it is happening. Any little thing at all. I plan on seeing “proof” everywhere I go, everything I do each day. Proof that what I have “asked” for from the universe (really multiverses) is coming to me.

This is easy and yet as a new “habit” you do have to focus and remember to do it at first. I find it easy to do this in the morning, I wake up and before I get out of bed I close my eyes and I say what a wonderful day it is going to be. I say to myself what I want to have happen, and I also see it as vividly as possible.

“I know what I want is here now, and I see the clues leading me to it all day. I know today I will easily and effortlessly see my path to my ‘vibrational escrow’ light up” (Vibrational escrow is a term Abraham Hicks uses to mean everything you have ever wanted, asked for, passionately desired, is already waiting for you. Energetically it has been created, and now it is your time to line up with it, then you receive it).

When you look for something, you find it. When you intend to find something, you do. When you are determined, committeed, absolutely expect to find something, you do whatever it takes to find it. You make it happen.

Same thing here. Look for what you want to show up in your life every day. Look for it with passion and excitement. Expect to find it with the anticipation of a child. Feel joy as you confidently look around you! Intend that you “see” the people, opportunities, experiences, resources and ideas that you need in order to manifest your desires, now! You have many eyes, inner eyes, physical eyes…use them all to follow the trail to your dream life!

Look for What you Want

I have recently started to use a different perspective on manifesting. I am always looking for ways to help me create my reality, manifest what I want, and do it with ease and joy. Something I realized recently is the intention of “looking” for something.

We want to do and think with intention. If not, we get all kinds of things in our lives we do not want. So, in the process of examining my ‘thought intentions’, I decided to make “Looking” for what I want intentional…an active intention!

Years ago I learned that when you “lose” something, like your car keys, you have to be calm and let the answer come to you, or look for it with the intention of finding it. Most people walk around talking about how they “can’t find it”! It is a simple switch, and it works, now I walk around my house saying “There it is, there it is…” over and over. I also visualize myself seeing it, finding it. I always do.

Well, that’s a nice tip for daily things, and it works. However, now I am talking about something way more powerful; You. Your life.

What if you walked around intentionally looking for you? The ‘you’ that you want to be, now. Intentionally looking for your life; all the things in it you most want? Expecting to see what you want there, everyday, in every way.

I will write more tomorrow about this, but for now, try this:

Wake up in the morning and say “I am so excited to see all the wonderful things in my life today. I am looking for, and easily see the things that are leading me to all I desire.”

My Gratitude Journal

I felt thanksgiving time here in the U.S. was a fitting time to share my gratitude journal with you.

Some of you may have heard of a gratitude journal . It’s a simple and lovely idea that can be done in a few minutes a day. You simply write what you are grateful for. You can do it daily, weekly, or whenever the mood strikes you. You can write in a journal, on computer whatever you prefer, you may even want to record it in a digital voice recorder.

What is so magical about doing this is, it focuses you on what is good in your life. It makes you stop and pay attention to the wonderful people, experiences and things in your life. Then by writing it you think about it in more detail. Then you can review it and you will begin to see how much you have in your life to be grateful for.

On top of this you will begin to attract more people who are grateful for you and life. You will see and feel more things for you to be grateful for. Gratitude will fill y ou up and you will begin to see almost nothign except reasons to be grateful.

Here’s an excerpt from my Gratitude Journal:

“…I am so grateful for the very happy and fun thanksgiving day. I loved the laughing and playing with my girls. We had a fun time playing monopoly, and they played, joked, and shared. They were able to play wthout being concerned about winning, yet playfully competitive! It was so fun. I loved the way that Mike played along and conspired with Sierra. I loved the way my beloved teased and joked with my kids. I loved the food, prepared with love and care. I appreciate the kind invitation and the relaxed and joyful day. I loved the wine, and the jokes, the conversation and the way Chris touched and kissed my hands. I loved the way Dakota ran around and wanted love from everyone. It was a family gathering despite my having none (except girls). I loved being able to thank everyone in my life and bless them. It was the most fun thanksgiving I ever had. Thank you, thank you , thank you…”

Your entries can be smaller or longer, whatever pleases you.

Oh, and thank you, for reading this and sharing gratitude to those around you. You can change the world. We are.

Your Life is An Occaision…rise to it!

“Your Life is An Occasion…rise to it!” says Dustin Hoffman, as Mr. Magorium in the new movie “Mr. Magorium’s Wonder Emporium”. The movie is sweet and has some wonderful insights and magic, but is overall a little bland.

However, I loved this saying! What a wonderful view on life! Creating your reality daily is much more fun, and then more effective, when you feel like it’s fun! Special! Well, it is! and it should be celebrated. I always liked the idea of celebrating life every day.  Well, don’t you celebrate at occasions? Aren’t they fun and special?

Let’s look at your life as an Occasion! A fun, exciting, greatly anticipated, unique, exceptional and joyful occasion.

Occasion: definition:

#1: “a special or important time, event, ceremony, celebration, etc.,” ….Your Life is a special time, an important event, indeed a celebration! Celebrate now!
#2: “a convenient or favorable time, opportunity, or juncture,” …Your Life is convenient (=easy & here for you) and favorable (good fortune, wellness…). Your life is an OPPORTUNITY! Wow!

#3: “Something that provides a reason or justification;” …Your Life is the reason! Just you, just being. You and you alone are justification enough to have, do and be whatever you want!

So as you create your life on purpose, exactly the way you want it, don’t forget to inspire yourself to rise to the occasion of your life! You are the only one who can!

Something That I Love About You

Thanks-giving was wonderful! I am ever so grateful for the day I had and the people I shared it with…and for you!

Here is my “Thanks” gift to you…a wonderful way to be thankful and show it to those you love!

Creating your own reality is an ongoing process. Everyday, all day, what you think, say and do is either bringing into your life what you want or what you do not want.

Being genuinely appreciative of other people in your life is a very powerful experience. You make someone else feel great, which makes you feel great, and we always want to feel good! It also attracts more appreciative people and energy into your life.

Once, I heard or read somewhere an idea to enliven and enrich your relationships. Any kind of relationship, friend, business associate, family member…but certainly a romantic relationship.

The idea is to say to the person;

“Something that I love about you is…” and then talk about something that you genuinely love about that person.

You’re giving a compliment. You are being grateful. Make sure it is sincere. Choose only things you genuinely feel.

You’re recognizing something that is beautiful and wonderful, and you are giving it your attention.

A benefit to you is that then you’re going to attract more of that wonderful quality not only in that person, but other people and in yourself. And, you are going to make that other person feel great. You are going to make yourself feel really great too. Because, you’re going to start to notice more and more wonderful things about people.

Do this frequently or daily if you can or at the very least weekly. Of course, the more often you love and appreciate others, the more often that same energy will roll into your life in some form.

Now, if you make it one of your missions to say at least one thing like that to someone everyday, you will see wonderful things happen!

Best part of all, you can say this to yourself! In person in a mirror, in your mind or via an email or voice message to yourself! Try it! Be gratfyl for yourself as well as others. Tell yourself “thank you”…Tell yourself “Something I Love about you is…………”

Thank you Thank you Thank you!

Jott your ideas and messages over your phone!

Have you heard of Jott.com yet? It is a wonderful new FREE service that lets you speak your ideas or messages over your phone from anywhere.

jott.com is a free service that once you go there and setup your information you can call the 800 number anytime anywhere, and leave a message. Either for yourself or anyone else that you put on to your list of people. They will email the message to you, written out, along with a link to the audio of the message in case you need to listen to it again.

The advantage of this is that you can be somewhere that you can’t write things down, maybe in a remote place, driving, or in bed late at night or where ever. You may want to get that information down so that you remember to do it the next day, or you may want to tell someone else something. So, you can jott them.

One night I lay in bed. It was 3 in the morning, and I started to get all these ideas all these things that I wanted to do the next day. So instead of turning on a light and getting up, and creating a big fuss to write them down somewhere. I reached over and picked up my cell phone. Turned it on, and pushed the auto dial number I programmed into my phone for jott.

They answer and ask who do you want to jott? I said, myself. And its 30 seconds, but you can get 1 or 2 or 3 little things into those 30 seconds. And, I probably sent myself, I don’t know, 10 or 20 emails.

The great thing is that you can check your email, or whomever you jott gets an email, and you get a copy. And, you can transfer those into your to do list. You can forward them. You can use them as a reminder. Whatever. It is a great little thing.

Here’s just a few ideas on what to use it for, and keep finding new ones! Jott your assistant or business associates. Jott your family to let them know where you are or that you love them, Jott your friends to say hi, or ask how they are. Jott your mastermind group to uplift and empower them. Jott anyone you agreed to help support in whatever they are doing to give them a boost or be an accountability partner.

Compliment, pass on information, uplift, encourage, send love…the uses are endless!

My favorite? Sending love messages to uplift …to my loved ones, AND to MYSELF!!
